      I cleaned a Circle K 4 1/2 hours and they tell me my pay was rejected they never answer your messages or your phone calls extremely ****** company to work for!!

      ***'T WORK FOR THEM!!! Customer service is a scam, they never answer messages, don't like to pay, come up with a million excuses to alter your pay amounts. Unprofessional, doesn't know anything their doing, the tasks be a waste, their NOT LEGIT at all. Im sure another hidden agenda with this company. They **** in every way. Horrible Horrible. Plus I don't never see any shifts, I was told they control who sees the shifts. They company needs to be SHUT DOWN!

      Don't pay upon gig completion. Never respond to messages. Claim that when your previous days shifts are approved you can cash out. 9/10 times you have to wait upwards of 3+ hours after approvalm

      Management/"support" is basically nonexistent. The ONLY way I've managed to contact them thus far is by joining a reoccurring Zoom meeting, waiting until the ****** ******** I was working for through the app) is done (poorly) explaining the assignment for that given day/shift, then being lucky enough to be "graced" with a response. Even in the shotty Zoom meeting, they will try to blow you off fast & hard. Sadly, I had to find this all out the hard way, because I believe I have not been paid properly. The app prompts you to reach out to "support" via messaging and ticket. As I said prior, "support" is nonexistent. As for the ticketing system, it's either poorly automated just like the in app messaging system OR willfully & maliciously ran by an actual person, because I had one of my three tickets marked as "solved" even though NOBODY responded to it. The MAIN thing I was trying to reach out to them about was a recent issue with pay due to the buggy app itself not allowing me to complete the check in process for a shift. To be more specific, it requires you to upload a photo and THEN hit the check in bubble. Every time I try to upload a photo, the app just restarts putting me in this ridiculous loop of trying to check in then resetting. Keep in mind, I'm trying to check in at least 15 minutes prior to my shift starting. Needless to say, I reached out to "support"/management ahead of time. As expected, I recieved no answer. After experiencing this issue 3 times (yes - it seems reoccurring) thus far, I've resorted to coming here and looking into taking legal action in general. Going off what I've seen on BBB, it seems to be the ONLY way in getting a response (one that still isn't even reasonably timely mind you). Lastly, I want to be VERY clear - the jobs you can work through the app are FINE. The issue is STRICTLY the people in charge of running things.

      I was working for shiftsmart. I would go to shifts at this one store. The lady Heather C**** was the store manager. Everytime I went in to tell her I was from shiftsmart and for the code she would say she didn't need shiftsmart that she needed cashiers. She was very rude to me. Never needed me and I had already signed up for the shifts i also traveled 30 miles for the shift. I showed up to everyone but I always had a hard time clocking it and getting it to load. And I had to cancel the night before a shift because I was vomiting. And I wasn't able to confirm a shift for Saturday because the confirm button wasn't there. It would say confirm but no button to confirm.
      Also I got banned from the app and I'm not sure why as I always showed up to my shifts. As for the shifts I worked at two other stores they were amazing and I always got paid.

      My very first job started at 6am in the morning the manager didn't open until 8am. On top of that I had to wait on customers until the manager had free time to give me my login code from the computer. I've had situations when circle k employees would tell me they didn't need me and I wouldn't even be paid for gas. That particular day I drove 40min out and 40min back home in a TRUCK...! MY APP WAS ALSO NEVER CALIBRATED PROPERLY. THE APP WOULD SAY IM 13 MILES AWAY FROM THE STORE IN ACTUALITY I'D BE 32 MIN AWAY. I WOULD GET OFFERS ON MY LOAD BOARD FOR PLACES THATS ONLY PAYING 11 DOLLARS A HR AND THE STORE LOCATIONS WOULD BE A HR plus AWAY. They are getting over. Big time

      This business/company just doesn't seem to care about it's users or employees. I've been trying to get answers from support as to why it never shows any shifts regardless of location when my friends are able to see said shifts. To make matters worse they text you it even email you things saying sign up for another shift or something like that and you can't cause nothing shows. Needless to say the whole system is flawed and just doesn't exactly work well. I just feel they need better support and in general less bugs with their systems.

      I worked for this company for one 4.5 hour shift which I took time away from my family to do. My shift was from 6:30 pm- 11:00 pm, I clocked in a few minutes early and clocked out a couple minutes late. I set up my basement to be a quiet workspace and I have EXCELLENT wifi connection. After my shift was complete it told me that I earned $45.10. Well, the next morning I receive several texts stating how great I did; showing me my stats and asking me to take another shift. Before doing so I checked to see when I would get my payment only to find out they only plan on paying me $23, saying I only worked 2.3 hours! I reached out to management in several different ways, they take hours (this time it was 6.5 hours) to respond to you. They tried to tell me since I was not hooked up directly with an Ethernet cord that my wifi was only a strong connection for 2.3 hours and that and Ethernet cable is a requirement. FIRST OF ALL on their Q&A section it states you should be hooked up with an Ethernet cable for the BEST connection, not that it is a requirement. And second of all I still worked my ENTIRE 4.5 hour shift without a break or losing connection! This should not even be legal to not pay me for my entire time worked. I should honestly look into suing! I wonder how many other people this has happened to, there may be a whole big lawsuit available. Also, while you're working forget about getting any help! If you have any questions you're suppose to message your manager, which even during your shift takes FOREVER to respond to you, and when they do you feel like it's a generic automated robot response who did not even read your question.
