      I work the Topgolf campaign. Have been told shifts for the following week would be released and up for grabs between NOON and 1 pm on Fridays. Today, Friday, the shifts were released BEFORE 10 am. By the time noon came, most of the shifts were gone. Managers should not lie about something involving a person's income for the next week.

      Stay away from Shiftsmart. They always overbook shifts without telling the worker. When you get there someone is already working and you are sent home. The app is trash and so is customer service. I have tons on screenshots and emails with them. When I told them I would be making a complaint with the BBB they immediately took me off my upcoming shifts. This experience is draining, frustrating and time consuming. I wasted time and gas money going 2 work for nothing. If they were organized they should've sent out a message to the worker to not come there and make a blank trip. Shiftsmart is the most unprofessional company I've ever used. I'm not surprised at all by the complaints on the BBB. Shiftsmart is a scam please stay away.

      Wosrstv how many ever to work for? Many ever to work far people who think they are in charge can hire and fire at will

      This business is illegally withholding money from the gig workers that it is cheating. It is also presenting false claims of service to the business partners that it is supposed to be providing labor to. Basically it is a big farse on all fronts and I'm sure is soon to be in a slew of legal battles. Be smart, don't be shiftscammed.

      They will not pay me for my services provided. The deleted my completed jobs on there app and took jobs I chose away. It’s a bad company

      I've done two jobs for this company and both times providers the right information including pictures. I got a response one time for my ticket and the ticket stated that the team was looking over my information. All the information is sti in the circle k app, and when someone did respond days later. I was asked to provide the dates and I did but again all this is in the circle k messenger app. I've yet to be paid and they know that they owe people but refuse to pay and them they close tickets without responding, this app is beginning to become a joke. They take your reliability score down without telling why. They respond to what they want. This is very unprofessional and it's corrupt. I'm upset because we are doing all this because you ppl have the contract with these stores but your playing with people financial situation.

      I selected an available shift after completing onboarding. I confirmed the shift the night before as instructed. Today I drove 20 miles to the opposite end of my city.Only to be told that they already had two Shiftsmart workers and didn't need me. As if that wasn't bad enough, there is no way to report in the app that the store cancelled your shift, only that YOU cancelled last minute, which counts against you. I tried calling the support number and even though it is supposed to be open at 10am EST, the recording says the office is closed (I tried repeatedly between 10-10:30am). I submitted multiple help ticket and was told they are general support and don't handle "in shift" issues. It was not an "in shift" issue because I didn't start a shift because they overbooked! So, now I wasted an hour of my time and $5 worth of gas for nothing. I also working on 10 completed the shift and everything and they received to pay me. I text them all the information clock in and clock out and no one care. I was on the road after 10 coming from a job these people didn't even confirm with the store. They **** me as a no show and refuse yo pay me.

      I would t say Shiftsmart is the problem. It's the company dynata that I'm having issues with. You get on your shift and have no projects, you send them messages and screenshots letting them know and they don't reply. Then they only pay you half the time and when they do it's usually not the correct amount.

      If I could put no stars I would. this company try's to play with pay and I showed up to o one gig and got turned away I emailed the company 2-3 times got different reps let's just say I never got my pay for the because their still suppose to compensate you but the reps don't care and they never answer the phone they try to steal pay smh people have families to feed after reading all these reviews similar to mine how is this company still up and running? Where is the ceo? President of the company? Do you guys not care about your employees who make the company even possible? This is sad
