      Sergio in Las Vegas (LAS) did an excellent job in delivering my master bath vanity. Very happy with the communication prior to the delivery, and the time frame of the delivery. The item actually arrived 2 days early.

      Item came broken. They took it out of the box and left it inside the home like they were supposed to. Left the boc outside and left. Just inspected it and the cabinet is broken in the front.

      We are sorry for your experience with your delivery. We did create a case with Home Depot to advise them that we received your order with damage to the box. We were advised to deliver the item to you and confirm if you would like to accept or refuse the order. After removing the item our delivery team assumed that you did accept the delivery and left the item. For the type of delivery that you have we do not take the box or any wrapping items with us. I do apologize that our delivery team did not fully investigate the item to confirm if any damage was done. As we explained we did notice that we received your item from Home Depot and the box was damaged and they advised us to deliver your item. We will speak with our drivers and explain that they should have stayed to have you look over the item longer to confirm if you wanted to keep the item or refuse it.       Waited , 15 years to order a replacement bay window. Had other offers, but Andersen is the best, RIGHT!!!! Paid almost double what other window companies were quoting. The order was made through Home Depot in Blaine. This is suppose to be an energy efficient window. It came with the two by fours showing, no upper or lower or inside covering. This was reported to Home Depot immediately, however, no resolution or response after 5 weeks. Andersen window takes no responsibility at all. They say the window was suppose to come that way and there was a package missing - blaming it all on the shipper, JW Logistics Operations LLC. There was no tracking number and after 5 weeks the package is still missing. We had to purchase parts to finish the installation of the window.

      I'll start off by saying why does Wayfair use this company this is the most poorly run company ever they change your delivery date several times without notice when they finally say they're going to deliver your product they tell you to be home for a certain period of time and yet they never show and no call once again when you try to contact the company you cannot get through to the line you have to leave a message and they never call you back! Wayfair has lost my business now because if they're going to use a company like JW logistics and they don't have my business

      Everyone is blaming the delivery team for things that have nothing to do with them. You're upset with Home Depot not the contractor hired to deliver. Delays are just a sign of the times. I have ordered lots of furniture from Wayfair and had excellent delivery with JW Logistics every time.

      I truly hope that Sergio and his assistant receives this compliment. Sergio is amazing! He called to let us know that they were on their way with the delivery. I met them at the door. The assistant gave a pleasant wave and Sergio had the friendliest smile. They were quick and efficient. I wasn't sure if they would place the item in the house. But not only in the house, it was placed in the room it needed to be. Nicest folks EVER! If we ever need a delivery thru HD, it HAS TO BE SERGIO that makes the delivery. What a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Sergio. You guys are the BEST!
