      Thus company has had a delivery request for two weeks and refuses to delivery my furniture. I have had three attempts to get my bedroom furniture and every delivery time scheduled this company is a no call - no show. Full of excuses and difficult to even get a hold of. At what point do you get a lawyer from a poor and bad company.

      The personnel were friendly and quick in their work but the tool chest I ordered was loaded and carried on its side. The packaging specifically notes which side should be up. Setting the 600 lbs hollow metal chest on its side seems to have made the top shift and is binding when moving it up and down.

      Our first encounter with **** Logistics, ***************** was when ********** chose them to make the delivery of two bathroom vanities that we ordered on Sep 16, 2022. They were delivered to ****Logistics two weeks later. A smaller vanity additional cabinet was safely delivered by **** We received the two vanities on Oct 14, 2022 and one was damaged beyond repair After conferring with both the manufacturer and **********, we reordered one vanity to replace the one destroyed by **** Logistics on Oct 17, 2022 Confirmed received at **** Logistics on Nov 7, 2022 No attempt to deliver or communicate with me until I called to see about the status on Nov 10, 2022 First scheduled delivery was Nov 21, 2022. Unfortunately, they failed to load it on the truck, so after waiting all day, they arrived around 5:00 PM and were attempting to offload a barn door, that was not ours. After searching the truck they said they must have left our cabinet on the dock. We have no way to know if it was offloaded to an unknown address or really just left on their dock. We were again notified that **** Logistics would deliver our cabinet (between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM) on Nov 29, 2022 That did not happen Then we were notified that it would be delivered on Nov 30, 2022 (again between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM). After noon on Nov 30, 2022 I received a notice that "********** did not deliver other pieces so they could not deliver our cabinet". There were no other pieces to this order. I have initiated another claim with ********** and am awaiting confirmation of adjustment. We have worked with other freight companies in the 55 years we have been married, having made a number of moves both in and out of the military and without doubt **** Logistics is the worst we have ever encountered. They very seldom have anyone to even answer their phone, instead requiring us to leave a message that "will be responded to within one business day". That does not happen either.

      **************worker arrived at about 5 pm and hand-trucked the water heater into my garage to my selected location. I appreciate that after I requested delivery to be after 1 pm, the delivery was after that time. And **** called me about 30 minutes prior to delivery to alert me that he was on the way. I also appreciate the delivery being made 5 days earlier then the estimated delivery date provided shortly after I placed the order.

      They delivered a vanity to ** from *********** They said it would come yesterday between 12 and 4 and they would give us 30 minutes notice. We had to be home because we wanted it delivered inside - so we wait around and wait around and nothing. They call last night and apologized, saying they are short staffed and rescheduled for today between 8 and 12. So again we wait around half the day, tried to call and couldnt get through, so we gave up. At some point today, probably 3 hours after we were expecting it, it showed up on our front porch. They didnt call or text to notify me like they said they would so it could be delivered inside, they just left it on the front porch. So unreliable and so much time wasted waiting for them. Of course, ********** doesnt care because they arent responsible for delivery.

      Our delivery person **** was excellent. He delivered our cabinets to our house in ********* in a timely and efficient way . He called us when he was on his way over and said he'd be there in 15 minutes. He was as good as his word. Once he arrived, he and his partner had our cabinets off the truck and in ********** within 30 minutes. We are very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Thank you.

      Twice I had a large online order from Home Depot go missing between the store and JW Logistics where it never arrived. The orders either never left Home Depot or were sidelined by the trucking company who was to deliver it to JW Logistics. I decided to try and contact JW Logistics and was connected to Kelli. Even though this was not their fault, Kelli was amazing offering to walk me through it and she even arranged a three-way call with Home Depot's Resolutions Department. Kelli was patient and courteous even though I know I was crabby. It was so gratifying to work with someone who went above and beyond. Her input and assistance was greatly appreciated.
