    I applied for financing for a scooter online at motobuys. I later learned they are not fully assembled and the price was different than the original offer and chose not to follow through when they emailed a financial contract that I did not sign. I later received an email stating thank you for signing your contract, which I did not. Since then they have called constantly during my work day, which I did not answer and have blocked since then. I was afraid of making a mistake if they were to ask is this me and I say yes, then they might use my voice to say I agreed to them shipping it to me which I did not. I just happened to be outside when a semi pulled up and I told the driver I did not authorize and deliveries and he did not unload anything. Since then I have received an email stating that since I didn't allow it to be delivered that they would be charging me storage charges and if I didn't pay for the scooter and charges, it basically would destroy my credit. I didn't even sign the contract agreeing to their sales contract and financing. After the first night when I applied online, and used my debit card to pay for the app, but then lost the card and had to replace it, so I have not paid them anything to date. I have blocked their number. I don't understand how a company can ship something so expensive without my agreeing to it and then charge me storage fees for something I don't have and didn't want. Not signing the contract for financing should have stopped them from going any further.

    Based off of the information provided here and our internal investigation, the customer did not request to cancel the order, prior to the vehicle being shipped. Since the customer went through PayTomorrow to place the order, any issues regarding inquiries or cancellation request for a loan, has to be done with PayTomorrow as they are the finance company in which the loan agreement was made with, not Motobuys.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I received an email asking if I still wanted to complete sale of what I left in my cart on 6/19/24. The "order should have never been sent to Pay Tomorrow since the order wasn't even completed. Then I received on 7/5/24 that I needed to contact the shipping company to schedule a shipment. I did not contact them to have anything shipped. At that point, after receiving an email thanking me for signing a financial agreement that I did not sign, and now both of those emails, I was pretty sure it was a scam and and did not reply to any of them. The Pay Tomorrow would not be charging me if Motobuys did not report a sale to them. And even though they sent an email advising me to call shipping company to schedule a delivery, and I did not, they sent it anyway. Now they want to get paid for an order that wasn't completed, for delivery I did not schedule. These are unfair business practices.

    No order can be placed, without you agreeing to the terms and conditions with PayTomorrow, and providing your electronic signature first. There are multiple steps of confirmation before an order is submitted/placed, and you went through those steps and agreed to the loan which is why the order was placed, according to PayTomorrow.

    That is the problem with the Pay Tomorrow. They emailed me a finance agreement that was not at all what it said on the site it would be. It was twice as much, and was a lease, so I didn't sign it at all. I only opened it and read it. I didn't sign it because I didn't agree with it. I realize I gave my info on the Motobuys site to see if I would be approved, but it wasn't what was originally offered, the way I understood it. I will file a complaint about them as well. Motobuys shipped their scooter without my persmission or scheduling it with me, and their email stated they would not send it unless I contacted them for a shipment date, which I did not. Now Motobuys wants to charge me for something I didn't agree to. I understand that Pay Tomorrow is separate from Motobuys now, and will file a complaint about them as well. I'd like to get this cleared up with Motobuys first.

    I purchased a 150cc Icebear Mojo Magic trike from Motobuys on 05.28.24.The moped trike arrived about two weeks after the purchase. It took some time tonget it TTnLed but once it was Infinally got to test drive it.After initial testing around the neighborhood took it for a ride on city streets and had my SO follow me in his van. Find out my speedometer thiugh reading 45mph, the moped was only going 22mph. He contacts Motobuys and they schedule a phone meeting with a tech. This was on 06.28.24 The tech calls an hour late, states the bike doesn't go faster than that, and states he doesn't even know what I have and will call back. He never does.Schedule another meeting for 07.08.24, SO handles the call. This was also after varifying with the manufacturer, sales dep, and customer service rep ****** the moped should go about 45mph, which is all I need it to do.Again the tech calls an hour late, this time says it shoukd go 40mph, and will call the manufacturer and then call back. So far no call back has been made.I would just like a moped I can use to go the small distance I have to go to work as the roads are 45mph for the most part out where I live.If not a repair, then a replacement, and if not that a whole refund. This is impacting my livelihood as I recently am without a vehicle and rely on others to take me to and from work

    Bought a $2000 scooter on 6/15/24 that came with zero instructions to finish assembly (and now a broken engine a week later).Scoured their website to no avail for the information I was looking for. Called customer service 10+ times between 6/24-25 that consistently rang out or was hung up on claiming their phone lines are too busy to answer. Left three voicemails and received no response. Their virtual chat agents available from 10 AM to 5 PM M-F are nonexistent, and not real people. Youll get no response. Emailed twice with specific questions and 4+ days later, received a response that I needed to SCHEDULE a call via Calendly booking link, with no availability for over a week, and no answers to my questions. Seemed like an automated response. This business has poor ethics and should not be allowed to operate. Finally figured out the answers but now best of all, the engine light is on and THE SCOOTER WONT RUN! 1 week in and the engine wont start. Disturbed I just spent a pretty ***** for a broken scooter to sit in my garage with no responsibility from the seller (even though its warrantied, you cant get anywhere when you cant get ahold of anyone).

    Horrific service. This is my first BBB complaint, ever. I bought a Coolster 3200 *** and had it shipped to my house. When the *** arrived, over a month ago btw, it had two flat tires. I put air in the tires and they went flat again within 10 minutes. Both tires need to be replaced with the rim so I contacted the staff and they made an appointment wirh tech support. Tech support missed there appointment to call me back so I had to call them. First strike. They initially told me they would need me to put soap and water on tires to see where leak was before sending repair parts. I told them I was out of town and that my mechanic who lives next door checked the tires out and advised I need two new tires with rims already installed. I took photos and sent to them two different people twice! Never received a response. Ive called 5 time over last week, 2 times I received the sale staff who forwarded me to managers at the tech support office in ***** in which I have never been called back. I have left voicemails with every number you can contact with the company and NO response from ANYONE! For over a WEEK! Again, multiple messages left. I will never buy from this company again and they will come pick up their *** when this is done.

    they called and left a message and Ive called back twice and still have not received a response back.  

    I have sent countless photographs of the tires in their original state to 3 different business email accounts I was told to send them to. 

    No I didnt send a video of the tires with soapy water for 2 reasons.  1.  I went directly out of town when I received the four ******* and made an appointment for service staff to call me and you guys never called. I had to call the sales staff in different state for you guys to call me back as I waited. 

    2.  I shouldnt have to send a video of soapy water on tires to see if it is a leak or bad air valve. U saw that they had no air in them and I sent a photo of me driving the Atv after I put air in them and they went flat within minutes.  

    that is more than enough evidence to be sent two new tires with rims. Very poor service on you guys after a customer bought a brand new atv. They should have been sent directly after receiving emails with photographs.

    If it is the air valve, then it will need to be tighten and the issue would be fixed. There are a few reasons why the tire may be deflated, one of them being for shipping purposes, that does not mean the tires are bad.

    Ordered 2 scooters! Requested replacement parts for damaged turn signals during shipping and received the wrong parts. Sent a new email with pics Jun 4 stating they sent the wrong parts and requested the correct ones and still havent gotten a response. Out of the 2 MCOs one was sent with an incorrect VIN and I have called numerous times with no answers and sent numerous emails with no response from the company on fixing the problem. Bought in May to have for July 4th vacation and we cant get the one registered. Also asked why I was charged to assemble my Milano scooter when it was clear they did nothing to assemble as it was in the same shipping it was received from overseas!

    I am rejecting this response because:   I didnt say it wasnt assembled, Im saying I paid motobuys to assemble it but it came to them assembled, or there probably wouldnt have been a blank MCO from the manufacturer in the locked seat of the scooter! And now there just so happens to be no assembly fee needed for that particular scooter, if ordered!

    I am rejecting this response because:   My point of this is not the fact that they didnt fill that one out more of the fact that I paid $199.00 for motobuys to assemble my scooter which they didnt have to do! Then they couldnt even send me the correct MCO as the one they sent had the wrong VIN on it! We called and emailed multiple times weekly to get the issue fixed and not one email or call was returned to fix it. I recently finally had someone actually answer the phone and he said he would get everything handled and get us a call back by someone.  That was Monday and by Thursday I had to call back because I still did not hear from anyone so today I got someone to answer and it sounded like I had to start from scratch and explain it all to him. I just want the correct parts and correct MCO so I can be done with this and ride my scooter after 2 1/2 months of owning it!!

    On May 11, 2024 I purchased a RPS M16 Grom Style Scooter from Motobuys. I received the bike on May 20th, 2024. After unboxing I noticed significant cosmetic damage to the right side of the bike as well as a dented foot peg. Immediately I began to film the damage and take pictures. Not only did the company send me a damaged bike but they never sent hardware for me to assemble the bike.Immediately after I emailed Motobuys regarding the issue. In the email I attached video and picture evidence. No one has contacted me regarding my concerns. May, 23 will be three days.I have been trying without success to speak with the parts department or customer service. I believe they have my number flagged because it keeps going to ****** voicemail. I do have a 90 day warranty but they are not honoring that either. I am unable to assemble the bike because they never sent tools for me to assemble.

    I purchased a ice bear mad dog 2 months ago and payed for the mco title to be delivered along with the bike. They have failed to give me the title. And now I can't even register the **** thing. I've been going back and fourth with them this entire time. I'm ******. Especially since I financed the stupid thing and is gonna cost me 3000 dollars after I pay it off and pay the interest on the loan. It's ridiculous that these dumbasses can't even give me the title to a scooter they sold.

    I purchased a Trailmaster C50 dirt bike for $1387.00 on April 27th, 2024. The bike arrived on May 8th, 2024 at 10 am EST. After assembling the dirt bike and getting the bike running, I noticed oil leaking from the machine. The oil cooler had been machined incorrectly causing the bango-fitting and crush washer to not seal properly. I have made many attempts to email, chat and call this company so I can make timely repairs on a new machine I purchased. I was unaware that the manufacturers warranty card needed to be filled out with 15 days of purchase. There was no information on their site indicating this. I was able to submit the form myself on day 13.

    Sent me a defective product, the battery wires are too short to reach the battery. They have not called me back at my scheduled call back, and I am unable to contact them by phone.

    Tech Support actually spoke with the customer on 3/14. The issue was that his battery cable was too short.

    Filing a second complaint as the situation has changed. The bike I ordered has at least one, if not two factory defects. I have been offered half assed "fixes" that have solved nothing. The first one is that the battery wires are too short to reach the battery, and the second is that the axle is too short for a "separator" to fit on. The part they sent for the battery wires didn't work, and I have talked to their tech support multiple times. I have been more than patient with them. I have also filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back as they have not delivered what they promised and sent a faulty product. If they want their bike back they can come get it, I am not paying to restock a faulty product, and something I am clearly not at fault for.
