    Purchased 2 bikes fro Christmas. 1 had a fuel leak had to research to find the correct part to replace so my sons bije won't burst into flames. No help from motobuys. Second bike was hard to start and always bogged down when giving it has . Now it doesn't even run properly. Contacted via phone, email and ********. Does not help or respond to anything. Very dishonest company. Wish I would of read this site before purchasing.

    DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! We bought a kids TM dirt bike in November that would be a Christmas gift for my son. Was delivered broke right off the bat. The packaging was a joke. On their video it has it secured in a metal frame and this was on a pallet with plastic tape holding it down with plastic wrapped around the bike and a cardboard box thrown over it.The sprocket was bad bent and air filter had to be replaced, the parts came in after Thanksgiving changed those out. Bike would not start.Talked to the tech filled out the paper and did everything he recommended.They finally sent out a carburetor and spark plug. Changed out those parts still wouldn't crank.I've tried to get a hold of the tech no luck. I have tried to get ahold of ****** the manager and nothing. I have emailed, left voicemails and called everyday until I could tell someone we've bought a broke bike it's been nothing but problems and no one is trying to make amends for this horrible business deal.They took the bike and have the money. We've been dealing with them since November-January.I get an email out of the blue on what the diagnosis was which was the stator so instead of sending another bike or A FULL REFUND they are only giving us a little money back due to being charged with the shipping fee, assembly fee, and 15% tax fee. They are crooks! This is a brand new bike it should run! No one will return my emails or phone calls once again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MOTOBUYS!!!! WE GOT SCAMMED

    I PURCHASED A GO KART FROM MOTOBUYS IN NOVEMBER. MY CHILDREN RECEIVED IT ON CHRISTMAS. THEY WERE ABLE TO RIDE IT FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE THE REAR-END STARTED CLICKING AND NO IT WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE. CALLED MOTOBUYS AND THEIR TECH GUY SENT ME AN EMAIL TO FILL OUT THE FORM. I FILLED OUT THE FORM AND IVE HEARD NOTHING. EVEN IF I GET THEM ON THE PHONE, I GET PUT ON HOLD AND NOTHING..... I DONT THINK I COULD BE ANYMORE DISAPPOINTED IN A COMPANY. MY CHILDREN NOW HAVE A MACHINE THEY CANNOT RIDE.

    I ordered a dirt bike from them a month ago and I have yet to receive my order I have emailed the company many of times asking about my order and they will not give me a answer they just keep sending me different email addresses to send in my question to and I still haven't gotten a response so I would like to ether get my order or get my money back

    I purchased two motorcycles. It took 35 days (Monday-Friday) to get the order shipped. When arrived I was missing one battery and a lot of bolts. No answer from the customer service emails and phone messages. NO customer service!!!!

    Bought Adult go cart for my 11 and 9 year old grandchildren, fell apart in 2 days. Paint came off roll bar, front fender came off, back fender loose and light bar came off. Called customer service and they refused to honor warranty. Bad customer service, poor management. Buyer beware

    Based off the pictures provided, it seemed as if the customer was improperly using the vehicle. When we requested more pictures of the vehicle so we may better assist, the customer refused.In most cases, pictures/videos are requested so we can better understand the cause of the issue and be able to provided the necessary tech support/parts as per our policies.

    I ordered two kids atvs from Motobuys. After receiving both had issues. The first had a transmission issue that it would never go out of highest gear. The second wouldnt stay started and then just completely stopped running. *** spent close to two months trying to get refunded. One of the atvs was returned over a month ago, and still have not received a refund. The second atv it has taken me two months to get someone to call me back and they have not given me an option to have it sent back and asked if I could take it to a repair shop to have it looked at. They refuse to refund me until the manufacturer looks at the atv, even though in email they said once their onsite technician verified their was an issue they would refund me. I wouldnt buy ANYTHING from this company. Their product and customer service are less than one star.

    Don't waste you time and money. Bought an atv for a Christmas present guaranteed delivery. Didn't come will all the parts. Moto buys denys responsibility. They know the parts I need but still won't send them. Seems to be an unwritten policy to blame others, yet I purchased from them.
