    I purchased a 125cc jet 9 atv for Christmas for my son and was delivered a damaged box. I requested all damaged parts to be replaced and they agreed to do so now its Jan 9 and nothing yet. So I received a email now that they want the item back to be refunded making me lose money this company is a SCAM be careful before you buy.

    ORDER A GO- CART SPENT OVER *******. GO CART ARRIVED UNABLE TO SHIFT INTO GEAR LIGHTS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND GAS PEDAL IS STUCK. COMPANY WILL NOT CALL BACK TO RESOLVE ANY OF THE ISSUES.

    Bought ************************* and extended warranty in March 2023 for $1,600.00. Frequently stalled when idling. ******* no longer turns over at all. Under 300 miles. ********** their customer service rep ******* scheduled a time for their tech to call me. That never happened and they have stopped responding to emails and won't return calls. I feel I have no recourse whatsoever. I'm just out $1600.00.

    We bought an atv for ******** daughters birthdayApril 1 it has never ran paid extra for assembly and express delivery. They have been so rude after weeks of emails and text messages this supposed customer care rep ****** calls he has hung up on us yelled at me I am only upset because I did not get my way. We have put a new battery they said was the problem it still does not run. Told us if we paid shipping and a 50% restocking fee they might send a replacement. That means we would pay an additional $1500. And possibly not even have an operational ATV. I am at my **** end this company is a scam. Please do not buy anything from them. We have exhausted all our avenues and still have an ATV that never worked. SCAM ALERT!!

    I bought The Blazer 200xrx it only has92 miles on it I bought it the beginning of 2022 and it has never ran right it started acting like it was clogged and starving for fuel almost immediately I been contacting the company regularly since then and up to 5his day I still have no response 5o my calls or my emails I paid over 4k for this go kart and ****** will return my calls to settle these issues.. I am going to consult an attorney and see if they may get anywhere with this junk go kart they sold me.. I would not recommend buying from them... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    Purchased a 2023 250cc falcon sportsbike. Completely false advertising, not a 250, top speed is 70 mph going downhill, bike has less than 400 miles and the muffler is already got rattling parts inside, the back breaks were missing one washer which caused the caliper to be off balance and grind. The mph gauge and rpm gauge are not accurate at all. They will not accept it back unless you pay a 15% of the total cost fee and shipping. Do yourself a favor and buy an ******** made bike.

    Bought a atv that does not run .when you plug in back brake light it blows fuses. When u try to start it it ***** out the starter selinod. Have sent emails and made phone calls. The never respond or return calls.1900 hundred dollars down the drain ? I don't think so.time to move forward and see what my next step is.

    Well, I gave this company a chance, I was stupid and didnt listen to the reviews. I ordered an Apollo 140 cc, got my bike with a blown motor. Drive time was three hours then I started getting massive amount of oil out of my breather valve. Drained the oil found metal chunks. I called Moto buys multiple times never heard from anyone but sales. Every time he transferred me to a number that just went to voicemail now I get straight to voicemail even through sales. I sent multiple emails with photos of damage and heard nothing back. My warranty I guess doesnt exist and now Im out 1300$ with a bike that doesnt work. Im honestly just really sad. I try hard to be a good human. But I guess my legal team will have to take action.
