Kubota came out and got my lawn mower for repossession for being behind little to under ****** on a payment. They locked my account the minute I got behind, and sent Avante to handle what I owed, I told avante to call me and Id pay my payment on Thursday. On Saturday they took my lawn mower, and now expect me to pay $7,000.00 they didnt let me explain that my wife had a premature baby, that I was hospitalized and have all documentation to why I got behind on my payment, I offered to pay the payment and ********** draft and they refused and stated I had to pay it off. Moral of story all Kubota cares about is their money. The guy who repossessed it stated that people stole during Covid. Well that doesnt mean to just take because of one payment behind, and no where in contact does it say they are able to.Business Response

To whom it may concern on October 11, 2022, Kubota Manufacturing in ***********, ** racially discriminated against me. I was coerced into a drug test but I was the only employee singled out. I am filing a complaint with the eeoc. I purchased a tractor from ****** equipment in **** ******** the dealer was excellent to work with. At 22 hours we had an engine issue and they replaced an injector. . At 74 hours less than 2 years old we have another major issue with the engine and it was found at the engine was not timed properly when it was made it has multiple systems damage and Kubota refuses to replace the engine they want to repair it the dealer says they're not sure that they can repair it and I don't want them to repair it at less than 100 hours with two engine failures it needs to be changed they have drugged their feet going on 8 weeks with no resolution. I will not accept anything except for them to change the engine due to the fact there's so much damage to the one that's in there. This is a 20 plus $1,000 tractor it's an excellent condition I've maintained it well and my business is suffered I've had to go buy a used tractor to keep my business going because of this.Business Response

After, the investigation with Crown and Kubota Warranty a this time based on the information submitted to warranty their isn't enough documentation of damage to the current engine to approve coverage for a replacement engine. The compression test were within specs and it has been recommended that they replace broken or damaged parts. Allow us to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to serve you as a Kubota Customer.

I open and account with this company 04/05/2016. The account went into a charge off on 08/31/2017. I have not received a ****c for this cancellation of debt. And they are still reporting on my credit report. 15 U.S. Code ****- speaks about the FINANCE CHARGE, built into the finance charge is an INSURANCE that protects the LENDER in the EVENT that the OBLIGOR defaults.I defaulted, and what that simply means is that you got the INSURANCE money.Business Response

Kubota Credit Corporation, U.S.A. (KCC) is in receipt of your complaint filed with the BBB, received on 10/10/22, regarding alleged errors in your credit report. We have conducted an investigation and would like to offer the following response:
Our records show that ************************** entered into a Retail Installment Contract (RIC) on 04/05/2016 from ******** Equipment for a term of 60 months beginning on 05/05/2016 and assigned to KCC.
Just over 14 months into the **** ********************** stopped making payments and went into default. No other payments were received by KCC and the equipment was never returned or recovered. In November of 2019, after several attempts to recover the equipment and/or amount owed, the account was charged-off. A Cancellation of Debt was reported to the ************************ and Form ****-C was subsequently sent to ***********************
Furthermore,KCC has verified with all three (3) credit reporting agencies, that *********************** account is reporting in accordance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Reporting Resource Guide (****) guidelines.
As of the date of this response, KCC considers this matter closed. If you can provide additional documentation to merit reopening this investigation or have any questions or concerns, please forward these documents to KCC directly and we will take the necessary steps to ensure a further investigation is carried out.Initial Complaint

On 9/14/19 we purchased a Kubota tractor from Champlain Valley Equipment for $25,078.74 and financed the purchase through Kubota Credit Corp. (joint account ****** and ************************* - Acct #********). We have continued to make all timely payments on the account. Due to unforeseen circumstances (my husband had a heart attack on 7/4/21 followed by triple bypass which had him out of work for 3 months) - because of the significant medical bills and being out of work for 3 months ***************************** had to file bankruptcy in 12/19/21. We did not include this account in the bk and chose to retain and pay (see copy of ** petition) which we have done since original purchase. The account is still open and all payments have been made and is currently due for 10/18/22. Kubota Credit has reported to my (*************************) credit agencies that the account is closed and discharged through the bankruptcy (which was my husband's **). This account was NOT discharged thru the ** and is currently open. Kubota Credit has also indicated on my credit report that the no payments were made in 2022 which is also incorrect. On 9/15/22 my credit score was 738. On 9/17/22 Kubota Credit flagged my account as Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Discharged/Account closed resulting in my credit score dropping to 664. I have filed 4 disputes with Experian (9/18, 9/22, 9/26, 9/27/22) and each time the dispute is closed because Kubota indicated the info is correct. I called Kubota several times (9/19, 9/21, 9/27/22) requesting they correct the information and they continue to say they didn't enter the information, which is not true. Because of Kubota's incorrect information added to my credit report, my credit score has been negatively impacted. In short, the account is still open, not discharged thru my husband's **, and all payments have been made (see payment histsory uploaded) and currently due for 10/18/22.Business Response

I applied for credit to buy a compact tractor from Kubota and was denied credit. My credit score is good and time on the job and income was good. I was told that I didnt have enough credit for which I just bought a new home, and had a personal loan that was paid off and I also financed my camper I have no late payments. I financed a tractor, trailer and other implements from Kubota Credit in 2019. On July 13th 2022 I paid off the trailer from the loan. At that time, I was told I would have an email within 24 hours with a letter of guarantee that the trailer had been paid off and then I would receive the Certificate or origin for the trailer within 2 weeks. The next week I called and was told it would take 48 hours to receive the email. A few days later I called and was told my email was incorrect which was the only email I have ever had affiliated with my account so there is no way the email was not correct. After still not receiving the email after another 48 hours I called again and was told that it takes a week to send the email, by this time the certificate of origin should have arrived and when I asked they stated it would be 6-8 weeks from the time it was paid off. September 7th 2022 was 8 weeks since the date it was paid off. Literally every time I call I am told different time frames of how long it takes to receive both the email and the certificate in mail. Each customer service person states that whatever time frame the previous person gave me was incorrect then tells me a longer time frame.Still to this date September 22nd 2022 I have not received an email or the certificate of origin for the trailer I purchased.Business Response

I have a 2020 Kubota M5660 SU 4 wheel drive. I have a problem with kubota covering under warranty fuel injectors. I have as today been told that my tractor problem is water in my fuel that caused damaged fuel injectors. I completely disagree with this. I have had my fuel checked and no issue. Further more the mechanics checked for fuel problems and said my fuel pump and fuel system looked great. With fuel filter also having no issues. Now with over a month injectors sent off and they are saying heavily pitted to water in fuel. My word against Kubota. I feel there are some default injectors and this is the way the make me pay out of pocket and they dont have to stand behind their warranty.Business Response
