      I sold my Playstation 5 practically brand new. I have never received my money they said they sent it through venmo but there is nothing. Contacted everywhere venmo said they havent received anything, gamestop says there is nothing they can do so they just scammed me! will never go back to gamestop

      I bought a play station 4 slim. It worked for 6 months i also paid for a year warranty. When it came in it was missing a s**** and warranty sticker. So when I took it to the store they voided my warranty seeing they voided my warranty I took the cover off and there were only two screws holding the junk together it was missing 90 percent of the screws. I messaged corporate and never heard from them. I will never buy from them again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them. They sell garbage.

      Order from GameStop online shipped me incorrect items in the first half then didnt ship the second part of order then after 2 calls then they shipped but would not let me talk to a supervisor then told me 2 items where on back order when I called a week later would not let me talk to a supervisor and just told me to s**** off very bad customer service do not use online ordering they just s**** you and try to scam you buy stuff in store even if a sale

      Don't care about launch dates on shipping new releases, does the slowest time, and charges you for it, quit gamestop pro, for othe issues too.

      I tried to purchase trading cards but was denied due to not being a Game Stop "member". A policy not posted or stated anywhere online or in store. No wonder they have a 1 star rating.

      I purchased The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for the ******** Switch. After 2 weeks, the game started to crash randomly. I asked ******** and ******** to help me but their troubleshooting steps did not sold the problem. I went to the same GameStop where I bought it and was denied a refund request. I called GameStop customer service and was denied a refund as well. Im never shipping here again.

      I signed up for their pro membership in store and was told that I would receive a 5$ off reward the following day. I did not receive it and upon reaching out to customer service, I was told that I didnt qualify for the 5000 point sign up bonus because "pros that renew their Membership manually, will not receive auto-renewal bonus points." This is agent Mikhaella M's response. This is unacceptable.

      so i went to buy some pokemon cards, when i was buying the manager ******* was very rude along, unpleasant and unprofessional and not willing to give us a refund on a difference when ******* the employee made the mistake. with the employee, treated us like criminals when we were paying customers. With them ******* was acting like a baby do NOT go to the gamestop on ***************************************************!

      Bought items new and received used copies. Tried to return but get charged with a restocking fee.
