      If there was an option for a 0 stars, this company would receive that. My son received a gift card for his birthday and Game Stop STOLE FROM A 10 YEAR OLD! They expired his gift card and protract the remediation timeline. I have sat on hold with this inept company for over 1.5 hours and called 3 times. Each person was pleasant to talk with but completely incapable of resolution for this issue. They keep claiming "the replacement should be in your email" when we know that is false - timelines keep getting moved. First, it was 5 business days, then 10 business days, then "oh, you must have received it already, it is coming." Never buy a gift card from these people and save your money - do business elsewhere. They violate the card act - non-personalized gift cards are claimed to be owned and attached to a person, which is incomprehensible. THIS IS A SCAM! I demand to have my son's birthday money sent to him and now they claim that they cannot verify it was purchased by me - IT WAS NOT PURCHASED BY ME - IT WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT. Why should I have to bring my friend into this and subject her to this abuse all for a $25 gift card!?

      They are thieves! They asked me for a deposit to preorder a game, which I did. They never sent me back the deposit or count it as a partial payment. The staff was rude. Will never do business with them ever!
