      I went to ***. A Bank to purchase a suit. I have a friend's wedding on Sept. 14 and wanted a new suit for it. I had minor tailoring of the jacket and pants completed. I mentioned the wedding date and they said the tailoring would be done by Sept. 11.On Sept. 12, I went to the store to pick up my items. The man working there searched for probably ***** minutes and could only find the jacket. He said the store did not have the pants, which was odd because I had received an e-mail saying they were ready. He had me try on different pants, which were not the same size or fit, and said he could have those tailored overnight. He said I could have a free tie for the inconvenience. While he helped another customer, I picked out a tie since he told me to do that. When I came back with the tie, he announced he found my original pants. I tried those on. He then said okay, I will charge you 50 percent off the tie for your troubles. The tie had a $55 sticker but when scanned came up on sale for $29 or $30. He then adjusted it to $27.50 to be exactly 50 percent off. First, I did not ask to buy a tie. He suggested I get a tie because he thought he did not have my pants. I felt pressured by him to buy the tie at 50% off. Second, for the inconvenience of my suit pickup taking about an hour, and the stress of thinking I might not have the suit for the wedding, he was offering me about $2-3 off what the tie would normally cost. It was essentially no discount.I have been purchasing suits from ***. A Bank for about 20 years. I have had good experiences with them in the past. This was not a good experience. A pickup should not take an hour or be stressful. The jacket and pants should have been stored in a way that made them easy for an employee to find. He should have either given me the tie for free or told me he would put it back. He should not pressure me into buying a tie when the tie was only there from his suggestion.

We have called and left voicemail with ******* ******* regarding the refund being processed and the timeframe for the refund to release, which is within 10 business days.

      On Sunday, September 1, 2024, I placed an order for one item (order #*********). When it shipped, ***** delivered to the wrong address. ***** customer service refuses to help; they insist a claim must be filed by the shipment originator. In a separate BBB complaint (#********), BBB concurred with ***** that the issue is somehow not *****'s responsibility despite ***** admitting in writing that they delivered the package to the wrong address (see attachment). BBB advised that the issue must be resolved with the original merchant (Men's Wearhouse) instead.I have contacted Men's Wearhouse customer service twice regarding this issue, once on Friday, September 6, and again on Monday, September 23. I did not receive a response or call back either time. So, I am now attempting to contact them through the BBB.I want Men's Wearhouse to file a claim against ***** for the misdelivery and hold ***** accountable for their mistake.

      I had 2 three pieces suits being altered at Men's Wearhouse in *****. On Saturday the 24th, I receive an email that stated that my suits were ready to pick up. I decided to pick them up on Monday the 26th. When I wen there, the suits were no where to be found. After waiting for so long, I called the police to file a report against Men's Wearhouse Union, **********. After the officer spoke to the store manager and the tailor. The tailor informed him that the suits were done on the 22nd. I have that in voice recording. I am not getting answers from the store manager nor the the district manager. I was not hoping to get money out of this, I just want my suits or they can replace my suits with their equivalent. I reached out to corporate as well, they inform me that they'll make sure that the district manager takes care of it. No answers from both sides.

      Original Transaction 01/02/2024 Custom suit and shirt were purchased for my wedding. Came in late April for a fitting. Custom shirt didn't fit, and suit was marked for alterations. Arrived to pick up the suit on 08/13/24, five days before my wedding, and nothing was done for the shirt, and suit was not altered. Had to spend another $54.99 and get a shirt off the rack and had to get the tailor to make the alterations then in order to have my suit for the wedding. The assistant manager attributed the error and oversight to the former assistant manager leaving the company. I would like the cost of the custom shirt, $79.00, and the new shirt, refunded, if not, the difference in price refunded.

      On April 4, 2024, I purchased a suit for $465.46 from Men's Wearhouse (#****) in *******, **. The suit was promised to fit properly, with the pants pressed and ready to wear. However, upon getting home, I found the pants wrinkled and the suit did not fit.When I attempted to return the suit, I faced significant resistance and disrespect from the store staff. They made subtle comments implying I didn't understand how returns work and refused to accept the return despite the receipt stating a 90-day return policy at the manager's discretion.I contacted corporate customer service, who assured me that I could return the suit. However, when I went back to the store, the staff again refused to accept the return. They kept passing me around within the store, made me try the suit on again, and questioned why I bought it if it didnt fit. They also claimed they needed to hear the side of the story from the salesperson who was not present.The staff suggested ordering another suit or using my own suits from home to tailor this one, but said they couldnt tailor the jacket. These tactics seemed aimed at avoiding resolving the issue rather than addressing it.I feel disrespected and mistreated by the staff at Men's Wearhouse. I simply want to return the ill-fitting suit and receive a refund, as per the return policy stated on the receipt.       We purchased two suits for a wedding, and rented suits for wedding party elsewhere. By accident our son returned a suit from another place to Mens Warehouse. All suits are barcoded so they can be tracked by Mens Warehouse. All suits are checked in by scanning a bar code. They had to know it was not their property, yet they immediately returned it to their supplier. They did not hold it for even one day.Once this was realized we called into the store, received no help. Called back and got a manager and explained. We asked if they scanned all rentals in before they returned them. We were told yes! When asked why they would return a suit that would not scan due to it not being their inventory- we were told they cannot possibly scan everything. Manager stated they would call their vendor and try and get it back. As of 5/14 no return call about this. So we paid the place we rented the suite from and are now out that money. Our fault we did this, but Mens warehouse is misleading and very dishonest.Also, one of their employees remembers trying to check the suit it and realizing it was not theirs. The young lady that was working Friday morning 5/10/24 even thought it was still there.

      On May 31st at 8:24 AM CST, we were able to call and speak with ***** Opel. We advised that we do have a customer property return process and that we can help. There was information that we needed from ***** Opel to complete the request on our end. Following the call, on May 31st at 8:37 AM CST, a follow-up email was sent so that ***** would be able to simply reply. A copy of the email is in the attachments. 

      We also emailed ***** Opel on 3 additional occasions, requesting the needed information. There has been no responses to date.

      I recently bought a suit from Mens Wearhouse where they fit me for it and sent it off to be altered. During the fit the employee had no interest in helping me get the suit fit right. Every time I came out of the dressing room I had to chase him down. I asked questions but the only response I really ever got was Im an expert. So I paid and realized that Id been charged for shipping between stores. When I got the suit I realized that the alteration was way way off. So I asked a friend and they could not believe that they even sold me a suit that was the wrong size then tried to do a half assed alteration. So I contacted them directly and asked to return the wrong sized suit. They agreed and sent a return label. I returned the suit once I was told Id be receiving a full refund. Ive called several times and every time I call its oh we will let you know in 72 hours. 3 calls later still 72 hours. I contacted my credit card company but wanted to let you know of the shady business practices that they are performing to keep from refunding customers

      Went to your *********************** location to purchase a new suit or two? Someone did say hello to us and told us theyd be right with us. However, I was getting looks from your young crew. I am an overweight guy that takes a **************************************************************** and never helped us and feel they did not want to help us. We finally left this occurred around 5 PM on May 4, 2024. I am looking at this as discrimination and would like to resolve with you before I take it to the next level such as court.

      I bought a Tuxedo from Men's Wearhouse for my daughter's wedding. I was told the alterations would be complete by May 1, 2024. They contacted me the evening of April 26th and said it was ready for pickup. I went Saturday April 27th morning to pick it up, but there were issues I identified with the alterations. The stitching was horrible and there was what looked like a snag. They agreed and said they would redo the Tux. They called me back Sunday April 28th for me to pick it up. I informed them I was still not happy with the stitching. They assured me the stitching and what appeared to be a snag would go away when I had it dry cleaned and pressed. I took it straight to the cleaner and back to the ** to show them it did not correct the issues. Now ** said it was because they don't cut the material that is why the stitching looks like that. Then said I snagged the back when I hung it up. The Tuxedo stayed in the bag they packed for me. I never touched it and I had already complained about the snag when I refused to pick it up on the first day before they assured me it just needed to be cleaned and pressed. The manager **** stated he could provide me a refund minus the alterations ($150) (which I have the issues with) or I have to keep it as is. No other options were offered knowing I have to walk my daughter down the aisle in 3 days. I have to wear a subpar Tuxedo and the snag means that soon the Tux I have never worn will have a hole in it. The customer service at ********************** at ***************************************************** is horrible.
