      Manager of store became confrontational when asked a question. about my previous experience. Became visibly angry- face red, body shaking- talking loud and fast. When asked to step away and just give me contact information Manager if store continued to behave erratically and bizarre, another employee had to take manager to another room and then continued to attempt to assist me. I am still waiting for someone above that manager to call me back. It was totally unacceptable behavior and totally unacceptable behavior of a manage period! I will NEVER ago back to this location or any other location or store affiliated with Men’s Warehouse again! Worst customer experience ever! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere first!

      Unbelievable! Don’t do it! save yourself the aggravation and money! I had the worst experience ever! Out of 7 people Not one tuxedo fit properly! They charged me $260 for my toddler! Meanwhile his pants were about 2 inches too long! The shirt didn’t fit either. So what did they do? They gave him a totally different shirt than everyone else. Meanwhile, when you’re paying almost $300 for a suit not a Tuxedo, you would expect it to come pressed! No it was beyond wrinkled so I had to iron it myself. Also it wasn’t ready until the day before my wedding! Then I was told it had to be back by the 19th. I received it on the 15th. I just brought it back and they told me I owe a late fee. Are you kidding me?! We were told the 19th. I wish I could post pictures you would be appalled. They don’t even deserve the one star I have to give them.

      WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT RENT FROM MW!
      NEVER AGAIN. I will refuse to ever rent through a MW again. Manager and associates were rude, slow and unhelpful. The whole experience was a nightmare. Rental was ordered incorrectly. Over 2.5 hours to just get measured. Then tried to charge a $20 per Tuz late fee bc we brought back on Monday, instead of Sunday, the day after wedding! SAVE YOURSELF STRESS AND HEADACHES. DO NOT RENT HERE.

      Attention LGTBQ+ Community
      I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Men’s Warehouse(Olympia, WA), which left me shocked and disheartened. As a customer seeking a welcoming and respectful environment, I was appalled to encounter blatant and hurtful homophobic slurs from the management of this establishment.
      Upon entering the establishment, My fiancé and I were initially looking forward to enjoying checking a box on our “Wedding To Do List. However, any semblance of positivity was immediately shattered when a staff member directed offensive homophobic slurs towards me & my fiancé. This behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the basic principles of respect, inclusivity, and equality that every establishment should uphold.
      No one should ever have to endure such hurtful and derogatory language, especially in a public place. It's deeply concerning that an establishment would employ staff members who perpetrate discrimination and hatred. This incident not only affected me personally but also cast a shadow over the entire experience, making it impossible to enjoy anything else about my visit.
      After my visit we felt extremely uneasy and wanted to make a complaint about our experience. To my surprise the staff member that made the homophobic slurs was the manager of this establishment. I requested to speak with another manager or someone higher up and was told I would get a call back to address my concerns.
      Within a few days we received a call from a representative claiming to be a general manager for the area. He acknowledged our concerns and assured us this isn’t standard practice at their establishment and told us he will be taking care of us moving forward. On 7/31/23 He stated that our entire wedding party will receive complementary tuxedos in efforts of smoothing over our experience.
      After multiple attempts to reconnect with the general manager we have still yet to get a response.
      The big day is now in less than 2 months.

      I was not acknowledged when I walked in but another customer had walked in not long after and got acknowledged right away. Therefore I was standing there not being helped to the point where I had just walked out and took my business elsewhere.

      Bought my first suit from them, didn't know how suits were supposed to fit. They told me it fit me perfectly so I went with their recommendation, I put the suit on in and went to work come home to find out this suit doesn't fit me at all. Pockets are flared outward, the jacket is too tight to button and after I unbutton it once the button itself comes off. I go to get a refund because it doesn't fit me properly. Instead of refunding me my money they want to give me the run around and try to give me a 50 dollar gift certificate and half off my next purchase. I don't want to do business with someone who can't do it right the first time. How am I supposed to know if s suit fits if I don't wear it nonetheless if they tell me it fits me and then come to find out it doesn't fit me at all.

      I visited the Men’s Wearhouse in Valencia, Ca., On 7-03-23. I received excellent service. Martin, the sales associate, was very helpful. I purchased a new Blazer, pants , dress shirt & a tie. I’m very pleased with the quality of said items. I highly recommend this store to other shoppers.

      I wish I could give a zero!

      Men’s Wearhouse Rancho Cucamonga. Walked in today and stood across from two employees. Waited there for 5 minutes while they were talking about hockey. I finally asked if I could be helped and Tony the manager shot back asking me if I had a problem. I told him I was waiting and felt as if I was interrupting their conversation and he immediately accused me of having an attitude. I told him I wanted to return suit and he said I couldn’t because tags were off and suit was altered. He was lying. The suit had not been altered and terms of return didn’t say anything about tags needing to be on. He then claimed I had an attitude again. I interjected and Tony told me to shut up; that he was talking. It took everything in me to not reach over and teach him a bit of a lesson but I wanted to get my money back. He then walked me over to the cashier (who was busy on the phone when I initially walked in). He continued to accuse me of having an attitude. I dismissed him by saying thank you repeatedly and told him to go away.

      I read reviews on the horrible customer service and this experience was beyond that. It seemed Tony wanted a physical altercation which he almost got.

      Stay away from this company. They’ll probably be closing down even more stores and Tony can find work as a fast food manager or something to that effect.

      Never again! My stupidity for trying to buy a suit online.
      I don't wear suits.
      BUT their site asks for measurements and I measured well, and because I have a pretty big belly I would over do some measurements.when the jacket arrived it was way too small so I took it to the store to exchange for a larger size.
      The tailor insisted she could take some out of it, never saying anything about no refund after alterations.
      When I got it back it fit EXACTLY THE SAME as it did before.
      The sales person and the other tailor both told me to "just not button it".
      How unprofessional can you be?
      Don't even get me started about the pants.
      3 trips later with a wedding in one week I'm going to look like a jerk in a cheap suit.
      $500 dollars later.

      Clothing quality is mediocre, sizing is incongruent with most retail stores and the staff were condescending twats.
