  Mixed Feelings
  Staff in Salem VA were exceptional. It was easy and pleasant to pick out tuxedos for my wedding party. The company overall was very inflexible about payments. Instead of being able to clear remaining balances when I picked up the last tuxedo, I had to pay over the phone while driving through a busy city. Additionally, my son's tuxedo was not complete. The handkerchief was missing and the cuff links were broken. Other than that, my experience was positive.

  The pants for the tux we rented were 7 inches too big in the waist and slightly too short. The jacket was too big. We live 3 hours from the Men's Wearhouse and couldn't make it there to try it on before the wedding. Because MW has been in business for so long, should have tux rental down to a science, and we paid $245 for one day of rental, we trusted that all would be fine. Big mistake. Our son had to wrap 2 belts around his waist and hips to make the pants stay up and look semi-normal. The jacket hid the belts. People commented that the jacket looked too big. The wedding was 2 days ago and already I've told people that if they are planning a wedding they should buy much less expensive suits that they can keep for future use and to avoid MW. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  Worst experience ever. If you can go anywhere else I would suggest it. My son's tux didn't have the vest. My brother in law vest didn't fit. Nothing could get to us in time. People were so rude. Did nothing to try and make it right
  Continued to give false information. Had me running me around and crying on my wedding day. Mis matched tuxedos. Total night mare. Do Not rent there

  Bought suit on 25 Feb for a special occasion, first suit in almost 40 years.
  The trip fell thru, so I called to cancel and be refunded. Pants were unhemmed so I had them measured and hemmed. I NEVER took them from the store, they said pick up all when the pants are ready but they never called. So it's a good thing the trip fell thru.
  When I called after almost 3 weeks, they said they could cancel the jacket but not the pants as they had been altered.
  Went to store today and could not make them understand that all they had to do was label them as 44/30 and sell, so they would not refund.
  Got the jacket refund, and they were good on letting me return a belt I bought to wear with it.
  When the sales person handed me the receipts for the refunds he said ok, all set and grabbed the whole suit. I said wait, what about the pants? He looked stunned and said, do you want them? I said of course, I paid $166 dollars for them, even IF I Never wear them, I PAID for them. So he packaged them up and "gave" them to me.
  I will never enter another Mens Warehouse, and HIGHLY DO NOT recommend anyone else do it either.

  The moment we walked in i knew we would not be working with this company. The guy who was assigned to us was instantly rude and made degrading comments. On top of that, they don’t have a variety at all. They even were trying to get me to completely switch up my style for the suit because of their lack in variety. Will never ever go back.

  For the record, I have rented from this place numerous times in the past. So for our wedding, I felt I knew right where to go. Called ahead a month in advance (Jan of 2023) to make an appointment for my groomsmen and myself to rent jackets only. The lady I spoke with was very transparent and wonderful customer service. We went over the color (tan) and the info for the wedding. Everything went smooth and she said can’t wait to see y’all on February 18, 2023 at 11 am.
  Fast forward to Feb. 18, when my groomsmen and I show up to get fitted and order our jackets. Instantly the young man taking my information was very short and rude. He could not find my appointment (mind you there is only one of these in central Ark.) After 10 minutes of us going back and forth, another employee walks up and tells him it’s ok just make a new account. During that time, I’m asked what color are we wearing. Again, I tell them we are going with a tan. They inform me that they can not get tan until JULY! When our wedding date is in April! After all this nonsense had gone on, we decided it was best to leave. Went to Belks ordered all of our jackets , in 7-10 business days!
  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Would have left Zero stars if it was an option!

  I ordered a suit online from their website. The arrival of the merchandise was given as Thursday, 3 days after I ordered it. I also paid for "rush" shipping. Needless to say, it is not here and when I check the order status, it states "order placed" nothing more. Their customer service was of no help either - I will make a note of your feedback
  Will not ever shop there again!!

  i had bought 2 suits one for myself and one for my son. I was told at the time of purchase all alterations are free for life. When I took my pants in to have the waist altered I was charge $20 because the waist had not been altered when I purchase. It's not the amount of money it's Men's Warehouse being deceptive about what they told me. Fredricksburg, Virginia Location

  I was in your store earlier today and had the worst experience. I have in the past had good experiences, even leaving a good review on a young man who went out of his way to help me and my grandson last month. Today's experience was much different. I noticed a woman pulling associates aside and screaming at them for not doing enough, literally talking down to numerous associates telling them how they were dumb basically. As a grandmother and working retail as a younger person and a former school teacher l thought her behavior unsatisfactory to be a manager. This store is in Pensacola, Florida and at the Cordova Mall. I ask one of the associates her name because l was very upset the way a grown woman would talk to these young men and woman and her name is Terry and was told she is the store manager. One of the young men was one l had left rave reviews of before and l left that time buying much more than planned. Today l walked out because l couldn't believe how unprofessional and degrading she talked to all these people. You might want to reconsider who you hire for managers to save customers. I left and will going to another store to buy what l need now. I thought you should know how these people are being treated though and maybe your mangers should smile a little bit. I noticed she did nothing herself but expected them to do it all.

  I rented a tux and was measured for it and the shirt. It was the night of the event when I picked it up so I didn’t try it on. I’m sorry I didn’t (though I doubt much could be done). The shirt was short on the sleeves and a really cheap material. The tux jacket looked like I had big shoulder pads.
  
  When I returned the tux the next day, I realized a day or so later that I left a thin wallet in the back pocket with my driver’s license and one credit card. Also $70 in cash. I called the store and was referred to another entity that appears to warehouse their rentals. I was told if it was found they would contact me and if not I would hear nothing. Well I heard nothing and it’s been a over a month. You would think the renting store would at a minimum check the pockets, or that their warehouse would employ honest people. I replaced the license and the credit card, and wrote off the cash, but I’ll never return to Mens Warehouse.
