      Disappointed and angry does not begin to describe my experience with shopping. The merchant's system flagged my account for possible fraud and so they cancelled my order. No reason was given on the email. The only way I found out was by calling customer service and listening to someone go "um yeah looks like fraud". When I asked for a refund, she basically gave me the runaround, oh it should fall off in 5 days. I don't need "should" I need NOW. I'm not going to leave hundreds of dollars floating around just because the merchant has an overly sensitive system. I've already notified my bank that it was me making the purchase, that's why the purchase was allowed to go through in the first place! This is my first time and last time shopping here. Very, very bad experience and they need to do better. Communicate better to your customers!! Now I'm out hundreds of dollars because they can't get their system together. Pathetic excuse of a company.

      0/10 would not ever recommend. The original order got cancelled, which we were told something as simple as forgetting the middle initial on the card could cause. Ok, cool. We had to be charged AGAIN for another suit order that we placed over the phone so everything could be done “right” this time. We went over everything four times with customer service over the phone before submitting second order. Everything submitted, didn’t get the cancelled email, we thought everything was good. The day it was supposed to be arriving, fedex says it was an operational delay and they’re holding the package at a ground facility i we cannot reach due to incorrect address done during the REORDER process. We were told by MW that the only thing they could do for us was reorder ANOTHER suit, when order #2 was simply sitting at the facility two minutes away from us and only required them (as the shipper) to call and authorize delivery to a local pick up facility. 0/10 never recommending or ordering again

      Not happy at all. Got measured in NY for wedding in San Antonio TX. I told the woman in NY she wasn't sizing correctly. Sure enough I go to pick up tux 3 days before my son;s wedding and it doesn't fit. Shirt, jacket, pants are all too small and there was no suspenders. They told me not to worry they would get it all straightened out and have proper tux delivered the next day. I showed up to pick it up and they send the same size jacket. The customer rep told me "Sorry but we don't have any jackets that are the right size here or in the main warehouse, you'll have to use what we have." AS angry as I was, I took what they had and left. I ended up having to buy a $200 suit jacket at DXL. Once I got to the wedding and changed, I found that the shirt collar was 3 sizes too big and the bow tie 2 sizes too small. OMG- I'm at the wedding venue, being called for the family photos by the photographer and I have a tux shirt with an open collar so big it cover the lapels of the jackets and no tie. What a disaster. I cannot recommend Mens Warehouse. Terrible experience and associates that didn;t seem to motivated to help.

      We used Men's Wearhouse for our wedding primarily because our wedding party is located across the US and we were trying to accommodate the different locations. Three days before the wedding, they did not have a tux for the groom because they "forgot to press confirm" when we went in 6 months earlier; they messed up the colors for the bridesmen and the groomsmen so they were wearing different color reds; they provided skinny pants for some of the men who ordered regular pants so that the men's legs were unable to fit in the pants; they provided regular pants for some of the men who ordered skinny pants so that the men looked like children; they ordered a shoe size that was one size too small for my father; they provided skinny jackets for men who ordered regular jackets; they require you to return the tux between 11 and 3pm the day following the wedding and they only allow you to pick up the tux 2 days in advance, so if you need to travel, you will be charged for picking it up early.
      Overall their tux shirts are of terrible quality, their service is unaccommodating, they consistently make errors and if we could go back in time we would absolutely use a different vendor because they magnified the anxiety and tension during an already extremely stressful time.

      If there was a way to give negative rankings I would. This experience was with 3 different stores, so I can only blame the overall company for how wretched they were. My daughter lives in FL and was getting married in NJ. Her groom and most of the party got measured in FL and were told they could pick up their suits in NJ. My husband was measured in NJ at a different location. Not only did every single person (9 total) have the wrong size; there was little effort to correct the mistake. Some were able to get other sizes based on what was on hand, others had to come back again, still others were told the size they needed would come in the morning of the wedding--and good luck with that. There was no offer to deliver the correct size, no discount forthcoming to make up for multiple trips, and zero effort put into improving the experience for the customer. The groom was supposed to get a free rental and they used a loophole involving 2 shirts to rook him out of an additional $249. Not sure who is in charge of measuring but obviously it's not a professional. Customer service was lacking, to be kind. I'm asking for a refund but have little hope they'll do the right thing based on what's happened so far.

      We had a sort of emergency due to our own fault and Ash from Mens Warehouse in San Mateo, CA came to the rescue. Needed a suit for a black tie affair in literally minutes. Ash put together a suit, measured pants for proper length, help pick out tie, socks, and had pants altered and suit steamed. We arrived in store at 10:15 and was out of store by 10:40 with everything perfect.. My son looked like a movie star that evening. I know this isn’t typical service and I never expected this story to have a happy ending- but thank you Ash and Mens Warehouse!

      DO NOT RENT FROM MENS WAREHOUSE, even if it was your last resort. The store employees are amazing but the whole experience for my wedding was awful. I had to change my suit styles multiple times because they were out of stock after I payed for my rental. They kept on upsizing the groomsmen when they were out of stock of product. We got to the point where they Upsized three times on one vest. Customer service did not take care of me what so ever. Even until the last week they didn’t know if I was going to receive the right product or sizing. Our venue was far away from mens warehouse, we had to take what came. We had a stain on one of the white shirts, the suits were not dry cleaned, the ring bearer suit was way too big after multiple fittings. I don’t know how a company could mess up so bad after multiple fittings. Go somewhere else, stress you don’t need!

      One of our groomsmen couldn’t participate in our wedding because the tux was not stitched, leaving open areas on the arm and leg sections. He literally had to make a show to get a refund. We had other issues as well.. the tux was either too big or too small, stains and missing buttons. Very disappointed.

      I wish I could give 0 stars, I will never recommend or use men's wearhouse again for any event, my son is to be married October 1st 2022 every groomsmen's taxes or out of size when being picked up they had to be reordered my son's tuxedo was missing a vest and sizes were wrong they had to reorder is reorder came in today with only a vest two days before the wedding when asked if they could make things right their answer was a resounding no, hopefully they can get it right on their emergency special order before his wedding on Saturday.

      Worst customer service imaginable. I went in for a tux rental for a friend’s wedding and when I was fit they just had me try on a bunch of stuff and asked what I wanted as if I am the expert in what a tux should fit and look like. When I went to pick it up the week of the wedding I tried it on and the arms were 6 inches short, and the pants were 3 inches above my ankles. They got the parts replaced, but when I got home one of the cuff links were broken (luckily we weren’t wearing them I later found out). When I returned the suit 5 days later I was changed with an $80 late fee because unbeknownst to me, you are supposed to return it the day after the wedding. I found out when I returned it that “it says on the receipt tag that came with the bag” as if people normally read fine print on a receipt. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend. Go to a local tailor, order from an online shop, don’t rent from Men’s Wearhouse.
