Today 06/06/25 I telephoned VES to have a C&P exam date changed from 06/12/25 to 06/19/25. The woman ****, even after I counted the business days twice for her said that Saturdays and Sundays count as business days. She said she would have to send my C&P exam paperwork back to Veterans Affairs basically denying the appointment date after I have been waiting decades for this exam. Ridiculous!Initial Complaint

May 15th I was sednto VES for a rushed medical evaluation by the Department of Veterans Affairs. fter two weeks I called the VA to ensure that the test resutls were recieved. I was told they had not recieved anything from ***. I proptly contacted VES and was told that the docctods notes can take up to 3 months to get them to the VA. I stressed that this asa rushed evaluation and was put on the phone with a "Liason " who told me that there was nothing they could do. It was in "qulity control" . I waited a few more days and called to speak witha supervisor. No manager would get on the phone they refused to communicate with me send *** a follow up***il and I was told to keeep caling back. Why do Veterans Of this coutntry have to be subjected to this type of provate company antics for a simple ***il to be sent. UnnacaptableInitial Complaint

The Department of Veterans Affairs contracts *** to conduct Compensation and Pension Exams (C&P Exams). I have had three C&P Exams, two in August 2024 and one in September 2024. I have yet to receive my travel reimbursement from ***. Multiple times, I have contacted the Company by phone and email to be told my travel reimbursement was being processed. However, it has been over three months since my C&P exams, and I still have not received my reimbursements. Per their contract with the VA (Veterans Affairs), *** is required to reimburse veterans for travel. Per ***'s website, veterans are to receive reimbursement 7-14 days after their C&P exams. It has been three and a half months since my exams.Initial Complaint

Veterans evaluation services was contracted by the ** to provide C&P exams for me for disability compensation. I had one exam completed on 21 Aug 2024. I have called the company over 15 times to find out what the delay is. Every time I call, there is no clear reason other than "it is in the ******************* or "under review." I have spoken to the veteran liason and they are a joke. I have asked for a Supervisor to call me. I have had no calls. This company is taking advantage of disabled veterans. Other evaluation services have taken 2-3 business days to submit far more comprehensive exams. I will NEVER use VES again.Initial Complaint

Hello Sir/ ****** First of all, I would like to apologize for any mistakes in English, English is my 4th language. I am a **************************** member currently on the MedBoard process. I call them almost every they, they always find reason kick me to VA that it is depend on VA, but VA said that VES did not return my exams review to VA. It is more than 3 months and there is no improvement. I feel so nervous, physically and mentally down, my Unit is in the *************** it is required to be physical active , all day we are in the Motorpool stay standing. i have a lot of pain on 90% of my body , and with all this pain and mental condition i have to go work, my health condition getting worse day by day. I have a family, my husband does not work( he has a job in ******* ) our financial situation getting worse, I have neither time nor strength left for my children or myself. I would like to state that *** keeps calling me multiple times per day with an automated message that is 100% broken. Nothing I do makes it stop. I have attempted to email them to get an appointment scheduled the proper way and they will not answer the email address they provided to me for communication. I have attempted to call into the company to discuss them not wanting to accommodate my disabilities, but instead of speaking to me a gentlemen on the phone asked for information that can be used for identity fraud. I did in fact verify myself as required by any court system and even more than that. But when that employee asked for sensitive information over a recorded and very unsecure line I refused because the information they asked for could be directly used to steal my identity. Now as someone who has been a victim of it before, I am not willing to do anything to place myself at risk again. Including giving sensitive information over an unsecure line that is unnecessary to reschedule an appointment. *** is asking for way more information than they need to be asking for over unsecured lines. Now this company is going to get my VA claim rejected because of their error in asking for unnecessary sensitive information over a phone which is 100% unsecure. I will be clear when I state no one ever in my entire life has ever before asked me for such information over a telephone before. I feel this company is purpose fully sabotaging my healthcare by doing sketchy things. I don't feel as anyone in their right mind would disclose all of their sensitive information over a phone call. They asked for Birth Date (ok it's public), complete address, social security number............. So I refused to give them my address or social. I am asking for this company to not attempt to violate my rights, privacy rights or *****. I would like for someone who would like to discuss giving me a proper appointment and accommodate my disability without violating my rights.Initial Complaint

*** was contracted by Veterans Affairs to conduct an assessment for a service member who is going through a medical board for continued service for mental health. *** conducted the examination on May 6, 2024. By contract *** has 30 days to get the results over to the VA. I am now at 56 days and no results have been sent over. Multiple calls have been placed where *** says the results are stuck with their ************* and a rush will be placed on the results. Emails to *** are not responded to. Complaint to VA White House hotline is in process now. These results are delaying the medical Board or IDES process for the service member. This member is having mental health issues that are made worse by military service however, *** does not care that they are delaying. VA please reevaluate the contract with ***. There are numerous complaints online with this company. Please please please do a search on Reddit or ******** regarding VES delays.Initial Complaint

*** was used by the veterans affairs administration to provide appointment scheduling for VA compensation claims. I received a bill from an appointment that *** scheduled me for. After calling multiple times asking them to pay the doctor for services directly related to the appointment they scheduled me for, they have done nothing. I have recently been sent to a collections agency for the bill they have not paid. I have all the proper documentation showing that I was not to be billed for this appointment.
