Dealing with the *** is the most frustrating situation I have ever experienced in any medical appointment. I have had 3 of these exams and they last 10 to ******************************************************************************************* the military. I even had one laugh when I presented documentation of test results to them. Then they schedule you for more test at the farthest facility possible in the worse cities, with I think hope you won't show up and they can DENY, ****, DENY. I have waited over six months for travel reimbursement from the **** Calls are the same, we are working on it and I will forward you claim, and you can expect a check in a week or so, a month later the same excuses. The ** Secretary should fire all of them and get some company that actually cares about veterans.

I have been following their instructions on how to register on their website, but I get no responses. I have tried to put the information in on two different computers and also tried on my phone, but their website never responds with the codes needed to register. Looks like a complete scam.

This company has the most inefficient and ineffective processes for booking evaluation services. I am so frustrated with their lack of progress in booking my appointments that I am about 1-2 days from going to my Congressman for help. They make it absolutely impossible to speak with the people who actually schedule the appointments even when you have extenuating circumstances and would like to help them find solutions to getting booked in a remote location. Instead they just say they don’t have the number for the schedulers and they will make a note in your file. The terrible service provided to Veterans transitioning to civilian life is a great example of why monopolies should not exist. They are giving the VA a bad name.

Zero stars for this company, had an exam back on 9/14/2024. I've had exams in the past with them and didn't have an issue. This time around, I called the VA for a status and they stated they haven't received my exam from VES. I reached out to VES in October and they stated it was still with QA. I mentioned I also hadn't received travel pay and it hadn't populated in my portal. The rep told me there was a glitch in the system and she would manually request the check. Called the next week, same story. Following week same story. Next week, I was told the exam would be sent to the VA by the end of the week, and the check would be also. Fast forward it's 12/10, and still no travel pay and exam is still sitting with QA. I've asked to speak with multiple supervisors, and no response. I emailed from their website, no response. I've been working on an appeal for over a year, and VES is the reason why. The original examiner made a mistake which the VA acknowledged, and I had to have another exam. Now I'm three months out from the exam and I am still waiting. This company is absolutely doing a disservice to all veterans. I've asked to speak to someone in the QA department or someone who can get the answers I am asking. All I get told is that they don't have any one as they are a third party contractor. This company should 100% be investigated as they make money off the VA and do nothing but cause hardship and anxiety.

If the VA assigns VES for your claim just forget about it and refuse it. Call the VA and say that you refuse to work with VES as they trigger your PTSD and request QTC. That's all there is to it!

Zero Stars.veteran liason manager ignoring my email and calls also an email to the cEO of Maximus led me here. VES is hit or miss . Most of my exams ( even the disability denied service connection) went off great. I completed a C&P exam 84 days ago. I contact the company twice a week I've also emailed the veteran liaison officers veteran liaison managers and the CEO of Maximus to no avail. I get the same generic message every time I call the company for an update on my exam reports. QA is working with the provider for Clarification on your claim for the past two months. I completed a c&p exam 2 weeks after the initial C&P exam and that paperwork has already been uploaded to the VA. Veteran evaluation Services is doing a disservice to the veterans. 7 out of 10 veterans will have their claim delayed deferred or denied due to incompetent providers or workers within the company not doing their jobs. I like some of the providers and the QA Department is overwhelmed with work. I am a 21-year retired US Army veteran and this is not a good company 0 Stars. I try to explore every avenue before I made this complaint, because now this may negatively impact my exam reports, but I will just cross that bridge when it comes.

Used to be a good company years ago, recently had an exam through them on September 4, 2024, Here it is Almost November, and they have not sent my completed exam to the VA so they can make a decision, sent several emails and there response was the VA did not ask them to expedite it, according to the phone call I got the gentlemen stated the VA ask us to expedite your claim. VES response was we have 45 days to send your exam to the VA, MY VSO said he has had several vets in the same situation, waited for years for an Appeal and won, sent new claim for an increase and this is what i get. If this company calls you refuse to use them and contact the VA and go with QTC or LHI. or you will be waiting a long long time.

Website looks like it was created on the cheap. Had to dig into va.gov to see reference to VES, which I finally did. When I called them back I got a rep whose mic was so poor I couldn't only hear every other word. Called them back and spoke to a guy who took my basic information and asked if I minded travelling 100 miles or more. i said I did, especially considering I live near multiple major urban VA facilities. I'm not too optimistic how this will workout, not a great first impression.

Horrible communication no letters, no email, just a random phone call one day to confirm an appointment two days from now. Half the time appointments don't show on web site, you might get paid your travel pay or you might not. If you do it will be well beyond the 2 weeks it says on their website. Started c&p exams for one issue on 28 Dec 2023, sent to new appointment same claim May 2024, sent to diagnostic test same claim Sep 2024. And this is on a higher level review "duty to assist error" which is supposed to be expedited, VES will tell you the simple fact it was sent to them means it's expedited. This is all from a higher level review from May of freaking 2023 to give you an idea of how hard this company can drag its feet.
