      I purchased gas **************** *******. I let the attendant know that my gas hand hasnt changed. I even waited thinking maybe it didnt register yet. I had to travel to a different gas station to purchase gas again. I need this ****** station investigated for cheating customers out of gas.

      I have been a regular at this store for the last 4 months and the situation that occurred today, should not have happened. I made a purchase of $40 in gas and 2 red bulls, the amount came to $45.97, my gas pump was #2. When I walked back to my car to pump my gas, no gas came out. I made my way back into the store to ask the clerk, who I believe is the manager what number he put the gas on because my pump was not working. He admitted to putting the gas on pump 5 and not 2. He then printed a receipt showing me that I was only charged $5.97, so now we would need to do another transaction for my gas. This frustrated me because now I would be charged twice, which was also an inconvenience because who knows if I had another $40 to pay since the original transaction of $45.97 was already pending. The clerk stated that it wasn't a big deal and could be fixed. I would have assumed instead of charging me again that he could have just put my gas on the correct pump but that didn't happen. Now I'm at the register about to pay for my gas when the clerk takes it upon himself to start lecturing me about how every time I come into the store, I make him feel uncomfortable and that I need to learn how to treat people. I was shocked. Me and this clerk have never had any exchange of words outside of a hello, good morning, etc. until today. I was totally offended. Instead of apologizing for his mistake, he made this situation about him and way bigger than it should have been and also told me to never come back to the store. I felt discriminated against and I would like action taken against this employee.

      ****** i used my card at the pump and wanted my rewards account to reflect the transaction. I called customer service @ *********** to see if they help me but when I spoke to ****** she explained to me that since it was not on the linked to the card on file, they cannot help me. The card on my account was added today after transaction , which should not matter

      On July 20, 2024 around 8:00 pm Cst I visited the ** on ******************************************************** to ******* for my ************* Sprinter and I put in Diesel fuel and I left ten mins in to my trip on getting on the highway I Van stalled and stop on me on the side of the rode my van slowed down and completely stop a passing vehicle stop and tried to help me and told me that it was regular gas in my van that made it stop not sure if the lines was switched by accident but i need some answer please

      This ** ***** gift card was purchased on 12.17.23 but I do not use ** Amoco gas. For this reason, I request a refund for $25 in the amount of the gift card to be mailed to me at my home address.

      I was pumping gas at the ************** at approximately 9:30am on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024. I believe a rock fell from the top of the gas station and caused a major crack in my windshield that I had to spend 270$ to replace. I visited the *********** the following day, July 10th, and asked to see video recording but was told that they did not have footage.

      This company has a price advertised of $27.89 but charged $38.32 for an item. I have included a picture of the receipt after the transaction was complete, the item (Captain ****** 1.75 Liter), and the sticker from the shelf the clerk brought to the counter. The clerk called his manager who declined to resolve the overcharge. Due to the Michigan's Shopping Reform and Modernization Act, this should have been corrected and the difference refunded.

      On Saturday 2/17/2024 I visited the Stayton, OR AMPM at 100 Whitney St. at 2pm. Gabe was the employee who refused to help me. I waited far too long for assistance, finally he came out and I said, "Why is no one out here pumping gas?" He replied, "Well if you're going to be rude you can pump your own." I don't know how to pump my own gas since we don't have to in my state, so I said, "No, you're going to do it because that's your ******* job." He then told me, "*** you, ******* *****." I had to learn to pump my own gas and just figure it out. No employee will speak to me that way and get away with it. I seek a refund, and a handwritten apology from Gabe himself, as well as a gift card for my inconvenience.

      On January 8 I went to my usual gas station to fill up my car with diesel. I saw that the Speedway sign had an Amoco sign on top of it and guessed it was changing owners, but didn't think anything of it. Please see the photo showing the sign and the fuel prices. I filled up my car, paid at the pump and after I was done I noticed that the pump price ($4.35) was much higher than the price posted on the street sign ($3.89). I paid a total of $84.55 to fill my tank and it should have cost $75.60 according to the price posted on the street sign. When I went into the shop and told the cashier, I was told they couldn't give me a credit but that I would have to come back and speak with the new owners. I also heard one of them say that they couldn't change the posted sign until talking with the owner. I left my cell number and asked them to have the owner call me. I haven't heard back. It may not be a lot of money, but it seemed very unusual that they would not deal with this in an upfront way. I wondered how many others may have over paid, and if they are using this practice to gain new business. I haven't gone back and would like a refund.
