After Devon made the sale and reassured me he would remain point of contact this was not the case. I seeked this because I have been an independent contractor and worked with companies and the best salesman will see the job through as it is the product he is selling. After Devon came we met with Devon and the closer with pricing. Items Devon said included all the sudden had an additional price. Getting through this I should have pulled the plug and not continues as I seeked legal counsel even to make sure we would not be stuck with any fees as the business side was sly and shady.
Devon was with us through the picking of colors. We had to reschedule when to meet him at the tile/plaster store location and he was a no show.
We went through asking questions with the workers there, who are wholesale so didn't want to mess with customers but we got our colors picked for plaster, tile, and stone. No allied employee to assist.
Concrete pours were made with new slabs. drainage connected to system currently in place. Was not checked if connected. Two drains added and uneven with surface. holes not filled in and plugged with a puddy, which we now are fixing from filling out a google form with Allied and paying $200. Holes are from where a rail was removed and in our plans to be filled but it was not filled and carvestone crew could not wait.
Also low spot(dip) where we had a run off slope, so now water settles and puddles up next to spa.
Our tree drops several leaves and acorns and was discussed in process. In end we decided to keep tree and when plaster was put down some stains occured before we could brush it. We were told by Cole not to worry once we can clean it, they would come off. Not the case stains from acorns in spa and pool.

Cody and Terry did an excellent job of managing my concrete project. Very pleased with the turnout. They both handled themselves with professionalism, even when I didn't. The communication and follow up from both was outstanding! We came up with a project deadline and it was completed on time. Most importantly, the work looks great! The crew they used did a fantastic job! Terry's hands on communication, Cody being out almost daily to inspect our work, and Aaron's professionalism and very resonable quote will have me coming back for more projects down the road.Allied Outdoor Solutions

From start to finish working with Allied was a pleasant experience. They showed up as scheduled. Their workers were very polite and eager to please us throughout the project. Overall, it was a good experience. The sales process was great, except for a surprise cost on the site walk before the concrete work. The work crew were able to come a few weeks early due to an opening so I was able to get my project done early. It was a small project but done well.Allied Outdoor Solutions

FROM DAY ONE OF OUR CONSULTATION, EVERYONE HAS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE. I LIKE HOW THERE WAS A HUGE TEAM. EVERYONE PLAYED THEIR PART. I LIKE HOW THEY ALWAYS KEPT IN TOUCH ALONG THE PROCESS AS WELL.
IT IS VERY PRICEY BUT TURNED OUT NICE.
THE ONLY NEGATIVE I'D SAY ON THE WHOLE PROJECT WAS THE DETAILING AROUND WAS A BIT SLOPPY. WE DID HAVE THE GUYS COME BACK TO FIX SOME OF IT.

We had our pool deck and front sidewalks redone this past week using Allied Outdoor Solutions and their Carvestone (overlay) product, and the finished product looks incredible. Their crew was probably one of the more professional construction crews that we’ve ever utilized when doing remodel work. We couldn’t be more pleased and feel we’ve definitely added value to our Spring, TX home. Highly recommend these folks.

We very much appreciated and can commend Allied in Houston for an outstanding job and a (surprisingly) well-organized and well-executed process. From the initial inquiry and sales call right through to job completion, everyone knew what they were supposed to do and followed through with thoroughness not seen in many other situations recently. Soil subsidence had caused our driveway and sidewalk pavers and some concrete work to be loose, totally broken, or disconnected. The pre-construction phase was made easy for us and the thorough planning gave us confidence. Meeting the actual workers and supervisors added to our belief that we had made the right choice of company. The actual work took only four days (we had expected weeks), and good weather contributed to the work of the crew of AMAZING workers. The change orders we asked for were handled and completed smoothly.

We used Allied Outdoor Solutions of Dallas and were very impressed. They negotiated with us on our contract and followed through in a timely manner. There were delays in starting, but that was weather related and the foreman communicated with us on a regular basis. Everyone from Allied was professional and the communication was exceptional. I was sorry to read the poor reviews - we did not have any issues. Our project was completed on time and is beautiful.Allied Outdoor Solutions

Today is the end of our journey with Allied construction. We had handicap accessible sidewalks and a cover for our patio built. The price was competitive, their courtesy and professionalism was exemplary.
Every crew was professional, hardworking, courteous and, most important; they were highly skilled craftsman. I would recommend them highly to anyone, including my family.
There is one more accolade that needs to be made, their construction coordinator Robyn. As with any construction project, minor problems occured.
We were building in the middle of a pandemic with material shortages of every kind. Robyn kept us informed every step of the way. There was a shortage of aluminum that lasted 6 months. Robyn located a supplier that had a similar aluminum cover. It was more expensive but Allied did not charge us extra. As luck would have it, the cover severely leaked water from every seam when it rained.
Robyn to the rescue! She had the cover removed, which included uninstalling all the electrical circuits. When aluminum became available, the crews came back and reinstalled everything. Robyn apologized (I don’t know why, none of this was Allied’s fault) and said there was no additional charges for any of it.
One more honorable mention, Marcel. He was waiting for his first child to be born but never missed a beat with inspections of the workmen’s progress. Congratulations to Marcel and his wife on their beautiful baby girl!
