The beginning of our project working with the salesman was excellent and it really sounded like a company we wanted to do business with. Unfortunately things didn’t go as expected during the construction phase, while I understand delays due to supply chain issues those delays were extended due to poor planning and communication within Allied which resulted in rework. Good news is they did honor their contract and rectified everything to our satisfaction. The overall process could have been improved but we are happy with the end result. I can only give 4 stars due to the delays and rework, with better internal communication it would have been 5 stars.

My project with Outdoor Allied Solutions turned out to be a spectacular experience. We love our pool, patio, pergola, and basketball court. Madison, Anthony, Armando, just to name a few people from the organization were on top of the project. They would return my calls, call me with updates, and email me with any information that I needed. Could not have asked for a better team to work with. My family, friends, and neighbor love the finished product; done professionally, to a high standard. Could not have asked for anything more. Job well done!Allied Outdoor Solutions

My experience with Dallas group of Allied Outdoors Solutions was complete satisfaction from beginning to end. Each of the subs onsite were respectful of property, courteous, cleaned up afterwards, and performed excellent service. Main contact was Colton K******* who always kept me informed on each phase of the project and represented the company services to my complete satisfaction. Would definitely recommend for quality of service and communication skills that meet any customer's needs.Allied Outdoor Solutions

The foreman will not call me back for warranty repairs and he promise that he would. It has been almost 1 year since the project was started. The labors have no respect for customer property because my swimming pool was covered in materials also just dumped in my yard. A section of the carvestone has started to Crack. Overall is was very sloppy work that was because I'm picking materials out the grass.Allied Outdoor Solutions
