    Paid $1405 to A&L Sheds last September 2023, was promised a build date of November 2023. The owner kept pushing the date out due to husband getting injured. Was informed that customers would receive a credit of $50 a week if we were willing to wait on the build as they got caught up. The owner continued to call once every other month with updates when I requested a refund she explained to me that all the money had been spent & all their accounts were in the negative.

    Paid $2450 deposit to A & L Sheds for a 10x16 shed on Feb 1, 2023 with a build date of April ******* due influx of sales from their special. Then due to supposed injury the date was going to have to get pushed back. 5/18/23 I got told the backlog was so big that that instead of giving me an exact date of when they could do it they would just let me know that there is 48 builds in front of me and they would update me on how many were left. September 2023 started setting dates again only to not show up and here we are after multiple set dates, we have removed a couple of trees preparing our yard because we were given one FINAL date 7/6/24 an absolute guarantee! And it never happened. Website is now down. Plan to report to police as well

    Paid down payment July 2023 company offered $50.00 per week for delay should have install July 18th, 2023, now August 2024, they say they have financial problems but from emails they have been doing sheds. Now I just want what I paid for or give my money back! I'm not paying anything else unless I get a storage. If they can't install per agreement give me back what I paid for. It's been one year 23 day's. I have a concrete slab install for this particular storage plus electrical. Give me back what I paid and call it a day. The $50 per week for 52 weeks is not important at this point! Originally paid June 15, 2023, $955! They communicated every month to come to this lie. I want my money ****** ******, CEO/Owner

    October 19th 2023, ****** from A&L Sheds came to our house and gave us a quote for a shed build. We discussed their product and build techniques, and then decided to go ahead with their services. We paid $3475 (half to start, half when finished) down to book our build date which was scheduled at the time of payment, February 15 2024. When the build date was a week out I was contacted by one of their office personnel, ***, stating that they were a month behind because of all the rain we had had in December and January. I figured a month was okay, but one month turned into two, then three. By May they promised an August 17 2024 start date for the build, 6 months later than originally promised, but I have heard nothing from them since. I have tried emailing and calling to make sure they would be starting as promised but have been left unanswered. The phone line is unavailable/ disconnected and my emails have been blocked.

    On 01/01/2024 We entered into a contract to build our cottage on 4/29/2024 in March *********************************** April of 2024 the start date was again changed to October. With an agreement that from May every week we we delayed we would get a $50 credit. In June 2024 it became difficult to communicate with A&L. By July they became impossible to contact them. I have not communicated since. I have called number not working. Emails bounce back. Very frustrating. I would like my $10,800 back. Plus about $9000 spent in preparation for the building.

    In January 2024 I paid $30,000 for a home tree built in ******** ***** for a bill date of April 29, 2024. I paid in full because I did not want to come across a problem that I didnt have all the money whenever the bill was finished, its currently July 15 and I still have no home and no $30,000. This company has ran off with my money. Im pressing felony charges against these people. Ive tried to work with them but I cannot even get a phone call. Beware beware do not use this company.

    I put a down payment on a 8 x 10 shed to be built on my property. I put the deposit down 1/12/2024 and the shed was to be built on 4/12/2024. I called the office on 4/11/2024 to get an estimated time that they would arrive the next day and was told that they were rescheduling my build for sometime in October 2024. I then requested to speak to the owner, they made an appointment for her to call me on 4/25/2025, she offered a refund so I told her yes that would be great. She stated it would be 30 days until the refund was scheduled. I spoke to them again on May 29, May 30, June 5th and still no refund. It has no been 79 days since she told me I would have my refund. I do not know what else to do. Please assist me in the direction to go. I do not have money for a lawyer.

    SCAMMERS SCAMED MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND NOW ARE FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY. I AM OWED $13,000 AND THEY HAVEN'T PAID ME. I SENT THIS TO THE ATTORNEY AND WILL BE FILING CRIMINAL AND FEDERAL CHARGES

    I paid for a shed that was never built nor ever made, nothing. I provided $13,000 and it was never built, she just scammed me and multiple people.

    **SCAM Company** We paid a 50% deposit ($4,235) on April 20, 2023, to have a shed built in June of 2023 by A&L Sheds. After taking our deposit, we were notified a week before the build that the owner (Amanda Sparks) husband (Santiago) broke his ankle. The owner offered two choices: a refund or $50 off a week. We initially agreed to wait for the build but given the extended delay of 13+ months we requested a refund. This company has failed to refund our deposit and keeps giving us the runaround. Amanda (owner) claims that our funds are on reserve through Square since April 2023. We want our money back!!!

    I put a deposit down for $11,795 to have an outbuilding built. They gave me a build day of 5/7/24. I followed up a few times to ask if they were going to pour the concrete slab prior to May 7th. I couldn't get a specific answer and when I emailed them 2 weeks prior to the build date, I was advised they would have to postpone a few months.I told them this was not acceptable as I had demolished my old out building and prepped the ground and had closed down my maker business to accommodate the build. My first email about the refund went unanswered and a follow-up email 5/8 I was advised of the scheduling delays and my refund would take 30+ days to ********** doing my research, it was apparent that A&L had been behind prior to taking my deposit and never proactively contacted me (it was always me reaching out). I have since contracted another reputable builder and now I am focused on my refund from A&L Sheds based on the fact they did not perform the service agreed to at the time given. As of now, they are holding my $11,795 causing unnecessary hardships for me and my family
