      Thank you to ******* ********, ********************* Manager. I work at home and my internet line was cut last Thursday morning. I was away from my home office and did not learn of the outage until later in the afternoon. I called Nextlink to see if they could get me back online. The first **** I spoke with told me I could have someone at my house on Friday to look at the issue. He told me he needed to escalate to a ******** to ensure it could not be fixed remotely. Further, he told me he would call right back to confirm the Friday appointment. Concerned that I might lose the Friday appointment, I called back 45 minutes later when I did not receive a call. At that time the ****nical Support person told me my ticket was still waiting for the Sr. **** review and that the soonest I could have a visit was Monday morning. I asked why the first **** did not confirm the Friday visit first and his response was that would be what I would do. The Sr. **** was not able to fix the issue remotely and I was stuck with no internet Friday and the weekend. I was irritated and I drove to the Nextlink corporate offices on Friday morning. I waited 20 minutes to speak to someone. ******* introduced himself and listened to my issues. He told me he would see what he could do, including the possibility of a Saturday appointment. Finally, he promised he would call me that afternoon to provide an update. That afternoon, Nextlink was able to schedule someone to look at the issue and fix the issue. I was not without the internet all weekend. ******* called twice to update and check on the issue. Thank you, *******, for doing what you said you would. ******* receives 5 stars, but the original **** receives 3 stars, that is why the overall rating for Nextlink is 4 stars.

      This company doesnt care or work with disabled people who are on a fixed income and struggle to pay bills on time. Ive been with this provider for several years and services have been suspended numerous times without any verbal communication from them and when I offer a payment plan with them they tell me no; Id have to pay whats owed to restore my service.

      the worst company and management to work under that dont care about the employees besides only cares about getting pipe in the ground plus are very unprofessional about everything

      Internet issues at least every month from slow speeds, latency or some form of internet issue to being completely out of service. Beware Tech support is not 24x7, techs call once and do not follow up, never can provide mean time to repair on outages when pressed. When we inquire on the outages we are advised of many different root causes, meaning the techs cant advise as to why the outage. Very disappointed with service and never any follow up with Nextlink management when we request follow up, lack of response. If I had a different provider in my area, I would have left months ago. Beware of service and support.

      I've had Nextlink for quite some time. When fiber options supported by Frontier finally reached my neighborhood, I continued to have Nextlink as a back-up to support my internet access, working from home. I very seldom had to use it, but it was great knowing I had a back-up if ever I needed it. Paying the $25.00 dollars a month was worth it. August rolls around and my bill increased to $56.00 a month. Needless to say, they have lost our business. How sad that companies are making these poor decisions to add to their pockets, not keeping the customer's needs in minds. Seems to be an on-going theme, with corporate decisions to gain more profit.

      We have had Nextlink for almost or around two years now. Over the spring time our area was hit with Tornados and we have had internet issues every time the wind blows the wrong direction. The last storm we had, we were out for three days!! I work from home and pay the bill on time every month, auto draft. I have used my hot spot more during storms than the service we pay for. Three customer service reps say they can see there is an issue with our equipment, but because there is an outage they cant do anything.HOWEVER, there isnt an outage for our area until I report I have an issue. I am BEYOND upset about the internet service provided anymore. I work from home and now have to transport to the office EVERY TIME it sprinkles or clouds cover in my area!!!! DO BETTER NEXTLINK

      My family has had NextLink internet for over a year and the tech support has been awful. We had a very bad hail storm that caused us to have our roof replaced. Started having intermittent internet literally the next day. They have refused to get a tech on site to fix anything. We have called at least 10 times and have been repeatedly told they will not be sending a tech out. It's obvious that it's something to do with the roof being replaced and a problem with their equipment. They finally said they would be sending a tech out but it would be 2 weeks! I work from home and this is a major problem. I have asked to speak with a manager on multiple occasions and still have yet to speak to one. Unreal how bad the customer service is here. Do not recommend.

      15+ days from when the internet went out to when they say they can come and fix a zero connection service. Horrible. Everyone it storms the internet is out for at least 2 days minimum. Connection towers are always going out.

      I think Nextlink is terrible! Goes down very often. Currently Ive been down for 3 days!Now Im told it will be tomorrow before tech can come out!

      I had next link installed in my house and made it very clear to them, but I have a house somewhere else and I needed it for my security cameras. It never worked from day one my cameras would connect and disconnect up to 100 times an hour Ive called and made several complaints for them to come fix it finally when they said they would come out and fix it. I was leaving town And I said well itll have to wait till I get back to town, but I do not want to be charged for something that is not working and they said OK so three weeks later I come back into town they finally come out after arguing with them on the phone again they come out and then they discovered that they cant fix whatever the problem is so I canceled their service Because it didnt work and they couldnt figure it out so then not only did they charge me for the first month they charge me a second month too now I got the service on April 18 and they charge me on April 18. I canceled them like May 18 and I was charged for another month on May 18. They refused to give my money back saying that I did not give them 30 days notice that I was leaving , but the Internet never worked and they themselves admitted that they couldnt fix it would have to give them 30 days notice to cancel. It never worked.
