      Do not use this company as your internet provider, they are the worst I've ever dealt with. The customer service and tech support service they provide is pretty much non existence also. I have had several internet providers here in rural ********, and none have been as bad as this company. The only reason I switched was because they provided faster speeds than what I was getting at a much lower cost, which is true when the internet works correctly. I switched in December 2023 to Nextlink and around early February I started having issues daily/weekly. Everytime was about 3 or 4 days to get someone out to repair then within the next couple days it was broke again. I have had a tech out probably 10 times to repair the internet and even more calls over the phone to even get someone to come out. I work from home and my children are also homeschool students so not having internet is a huge issue. Having these consistent issues is even my biggest gripe. When you sign up with them they lock you in a 2 year contract and they bill monthly and they know that they have you basically have you stuck until that contract is up, unless you want or can even afford the astronomical cancelation of service fee. In April of 2024 my internet was out 26 days and I had a tech out 5 times to repair issues and it wouldtake severaldays to get someone out each time, finally the last time they completely rep 46laced all my equipment and it started working, I received a credit on my bill for not even 50% off the total even though I only had working internet 4 days that month. **** was $82 with a credit $46 leaving me to pay $36 for internet for 4 days worth of service. I called and spoke with someone about the $36 charge and told them I wasn't happy about it and didn't think it was fair and they told me they would waive the $36 fee May 3, 2024 I received a bill for $36 so I called and they said they have no record of that, they would have a manager contact me. May 13 internet shut off late bill.

      As someone who relies heavily on a stable and high-speed internet connection for both work and leisure, my experience with Nextlink Internet has been frustratingly subpar. Despite paying for a 300 Mbps plan, the reality of the service falls far short of the promised speed, leaving me with a mere fraction of what I'm supposed to receive.In theory, having a prioritized hardwired connection should ensure optimal performance. However, in practice, this hasn't been the case. Even with all the ideal conditions in place, I struggle to surpass 30 Mbps consistently. This significant discrepancy between advertised and actual speeds is deeply disappointing, to say the least.Working from home demands reliability and efficiency in internet connectivity. Unfortunately, Nextlink's unreliable service has frequently disrupted my workflow, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. As an avid gamer, the frustration extends beyond work hours into my leisure time. Online gaming, which requires low latency and fast speeds, becomes nearly impossible when the internet fails to deliver on its promises.Moreover, the lack of consistency in speed adds an extra layer of unpredictability to my online activities. Whether it's streaming, video conferencing, or simply browsing the web, I find myself constantly worrying about whether the connection will hold up or if I'll be faced with another bout of sluggish speeds.While I understand that some variance in speed is to be expected, the magnitude of the difference between the advertised and actual speeds is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the service that I've signed up for, especially when it's vital to my livelihood and personal enjoyment.

      I work from home. I have been out of service for ten days. The sent a tech on day three who could not solve the issue. The tech tried to reach his supervisor for three hours for assistance and could not reach them. He was very frustrated. Finally left stating that we may need a mast on the side of the house. I called three days later because was never contacted and tech support could find no information on ticket. The researched and said that a supervisor and scheduling would schedule a time. Well it has been three more days and no scheduling. I have called everyday and been told they dont know when they will call and schedule. Very unprofessional and disorganized.
