      Unethical predatory sales practice! I sent my teenage son up their to get an oil change and get his car inspected. He calls me later to say it cost $223. They completely upsold him on bogus stuff. They told him he needed $50 windshield wipers to pass inspection, which he did not in my opinion from prior inspection. They also told him he needed the air cabin filter and the engine filter replaced to the tune of an additional $80 for both. Their high pressure predatory tactics put him in a position that he thought he had to do all of them. They didn't tell him up front how much it would cost either. I went up there immediately to address my concern about their up-selling practices with a young driver. The first person I talked to apparently was the one that worked on the car and said he would gladly refund the air filters portion. He left and came back with a manager. The manager then told us they would refund my money but put back in the old parts. I told him we have seven cars between all of our kids and he would be losing all of our business with that sort of customer service recovery response. At that point, I walked out. We are using this as a teaching moment for our son, but I want to warn the general public. Do not send young drivers up to this location. It will cost you double what you expect. The manager needs training and his staff needs to be advised that upselling unknowing individuals is unethical and just plain wrong. There are many other options in this town then to spend my money with this company.

      First of all I had one heater hose installed they charged me for a lower radiator hose 350.00 a ac delco replacement hose is 35.86. They replaced a vent hose from the coolant reservoir to the engine a 4ft hose 3/8 they used a fuel line hose the charge 170.00 4 foot fuel line hose is about 12.00 if this isnÂ’t a rip-off I donÂ’t know what is I wouldnÂ’t bring my lawnmower there to get fixed the rip off hard working people thinking they can get there car fixed for a reasonable price
