      I have not collected cards in 23 years due to being in the military. My 9 year old son got me back into collecting and habe been buying cards for him and I. I pulled an **************** 2017 panini Chronicles autograph redemption card that was inside packs that was expired. I submitted and asked for the card or a similar value card. They didnt have the card and gave me half the cards value in rewards points which is wrong and should be the full value of what the card is worth. They should provide the same value of cards worth or keep the card for when this happens. Redemptions is the worst thing to happen in the trading card business. I would like a card with the same value of what the card is worth. Please thank you.

      When redemptions are submitted after the expiration date, we allow our customers to receive half the value in rewards points instead of completely voiding the redemption.  If your redemption is not expired, you will be eligible to request a replacement card 120 days after submitting your redemption.

      I just received my redemption card in the mail. A **** ****** Rookie National Treasures Silver Game Patch /10. Paid $500+ on a bid through **** when *********************** was HOT on the market.Redeemed the numbers, to receive the card, on there Panini Direct App in January of 2021.Sent 4 separate messages, as well as an address update through the messaging, because we moved to a different address.NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE! (From any of those messages or customer service tickets)However! I was sent an automated prompt to receive or request a different card 1 time. I declined the offer. (Who knows what they would have sent there is no guarantee, and for $500 I wasnt willing to ****** a blind replacement. I want what I paid for and have waited this long.)Waited, waited, waited, and waitedFinally, March 14th, 2024, it arrived via ***** from ********** *****. Over 3 years later.Was I happy and surprised absolutely! But, as far as doing this again My suggestion to the person who is reading this. Do not buy nor redeem redemption cards from Panini. If you acquire one; my suggestion, sell on **** or trade it! Thank you for reading!

      In June 2023 I was lucky enough to get a *************************** redemption card. I am still waiting for the card . I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and card collecting helps with my PTSD. I wrote to ***************** and someone in the mail room write back he doesnt sign autographs and insulted me by giving me some ***** trinkets . Either Panini or ******* need to do their job just as I did serving my country .

      I wish I could leave less than 1 star. The list of complaints from this joke of a company is miles long. But to send in a SINGLE redemption in NOVEMBER of 2022 and still not have 1 card sent to me by 2/24/2024?!?! I would love to know which law firm is starting the class action lawsuits because this is honestly unbelievable that this company is STILL doing business and hasn't been sued into OBLIVION yet. A company that RUINED its own industry, but yet the board members rake in their pay checks and once this company implodes they'll just move on to another company to ruin with zero consequences.

      I think I'm in the sane boat as everyone else here. I have been waiting almost 2 years for a redemption. I've asked for a replacement over a year ago. What bothers me is they have this athletes sticker autos in newer products but they can't give me my sticker auto card. It's just a headache that I've tried to stay away from and not think about.

      Received a 150 point rewards card out of a box, went to redeem it on their website, found a $3-$4 auto available for my 150 points, after placing the order, I see I have the option for shipping, Minimum is $15, and goes up to nearly $40, why would I pay $15 in shipping for a card which can be purchased on **** for a couple dollars and free shipping, They insert the reward cards in packs in place of actual autographs or rare inserts, then try to charge you a second time to redeem the card, it's a scam.

      Rewards points can also be accumulated to make purchases for higher valued items.  We do have to charge for shipping though.

      Just like so many other submitted a redemption card and still haven't received anything after nearly 2 years (submitted in March 2022). I have submitted status request with panini and they basically reply back blaming the pandemic for not fulfilling the order. I have even indicated that I would accept a replacement from the same sport or another sport. Still, the pandemic is preventing them from fulfilling the order.

      I've been waiting for 2 redemption cards for over a year and a half. The email replies from their CSRs are sporadic and useless. It's insulting how they write back stating the issue is being elevated to Tier *****like that's supposed to be impressive and anyone outside of the company knows what that is. There could be 47 Tiers and then 47 Elevations after that. Have the decency to say...we have no clue when you're getting your card and our leadership failed us. You can't use the pandemic excuse anymore as it's been over for a long time.If you charge so much for a collectible and then renege on the promised items that make the purchase price for the collectible potentially worth it, then you are a terrible and dishonest company. I'd truly like my money back, plus interest for the delay, for both boxes I purchased. An honorable and respectable company would gladly provide the money back.There should be a class action lawsuit filed for gross negligence when it comes to promising items without actually have them...or possibly not even having the contracts in place with the professional leagues and players they are to come from.

      Panini america is just a scam been waiting almost 3 years for a redemption qb wide reciever auto i paid 150 dollars for they sent me a 7 dollar pack of cards as a replacement total scam how can they constantly steal from people and nothing happens if i did the same thing i would be arrested called a scam almost like a pyramid scheme you pay big money for something and get nothing good old fashioned american dream sure they would sell snake oil if they could
