Absolutely horrible service. There Blockchain cards are a total scam!! They will block every transaction when you're the seller. Yet will allow you to spend money all day long. The biggest scam I have ever come across. DO NOT participate in Paninis Blockchain!Panini America

Cant wait for Fanatics to take over. Ill start buying cards again at that point. Panini does not stand behind their product. How can you take someones money in exchange for something you dont have? Over a year waiting for a redemption that I paid for. Because of the excessive wait I requested a replacement. Been months and they cant even find a replacement. The card was an *************************** auto. How are they going to find comps? Theyve never honored an Arod auto redemption.Panini America

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for redemptions. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific cards. We work very hard to collaborate with the athletes, but it is not always possible to fulfill every redemption. This is why we offer replacements after 120 days of waiting for the original redemption.Review fromJohn P

I spend many thousands of dollars on Panini cards and after having submitted 1 damaged card back in 2020, I received a replacement about 2 years later. This led me to believe that while slow, Panini's replacement card program at least worked. I have been setting aside factory damaged cards for months and submitted about ******************** a single package so I could pay for tracking. Inside the box I went above and beyond what Panini requested: 1) Each card was in a ***** sleeve, in its own envelope with the damaged card reference ID clearly written on the front. 2) Inside each envelope included a pack wrapper, and the damaged card ticket. Not only did I include a store receipt, but if I purchased at ******* or Target, I printed the detailed version of the receipt to make it clear what item I purchased. 3) I even included a printed out spreadsheet to make it easy on the warehouse. I was extremely upset when I received a package from Panini, to find they took all but ~20 cards out of the envelopes, crammed them together into a an envelop and sent them back to me without the wrappers, receipts, and ticket slip. Panini rep said the Warehouse doesn't replace base cards. If that's the case, don't let customers submit them. I spent 40 hours preparing everything, and about $200 in shipping/supplies. More importantly I would have never kept buying Panini products if I knew the company wouldn't honor their damaged card intake process. If Panini wants to make this right, I'm not going to leave my contact in a public space, but here's how you can find me. Here is one of my damaged cards ref numbers: 223792.Character limit prevents me from providing many other key details but if Panini reaches, out I can explain a few other incidents where they really put me through the ringer. My experience with Panini is based on me spending many thousands of dollars on products that are damaged, or potentially unauthentic...a story for when I don't hit the character limit.Panini America

I apologize for the confusion with Factory Damage Tickets, but base cards are accepted. It looks like the ones that were returned to you were considered minimally damaged or conditionally un-reparable and unreplaceable.Review fromCarl I

Fake auto's, wrong player memorabilia and way overpriced products simply because they have control of the market. Gouging customers. I used to treat myself to cards now and then spending couple thousand a year. Nowadays I refuse to buy any. Killing the market, sad! Went to Chicago convention several years ago, good time but now I realize the Panini hobby boxes I dropped good money on can't be quaranteed authentic. Therefore worthless really. I miss the hobby as I collected for about 40 years. Why spend money to be taken advantage of?Panini America

Panini does not honor redemption cards! Instead of an autographed *************** cracked ice redemption I received a sparkle pack that is nowhere near the value of the card I was supposed to receive after waiting patiently for more than TWO YEARS!!!??? WHAT A JOKE!!!!SHAME ON YOU PANINI FOR TREATING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!!!!Panini America
Date: 05/23/2024
Our records indicate that you received your ******************* card. This could be a mix up with another ticket. We would not send sparkle packs for high value redemptions unless you specifically requested them.
Please call us at ************** if you would like more information.

Last week I bought 2 Prizm Baseball Mega boxes from Target. On the box states Find 1 Autograph (per box on average). Neither box had an Auto in it. I understand per box on avg. But every box I bought in the past, weather it be Panini are Topps it had an auto in it. I decided to try it again today. Target had some more on the shelf I got another one. This time I video taped the opening of the factory sealed box and opening the packs. Again no Auto. What are the chances that i did"nt get an Auto in any of the 3 boxes, and if its 1 Auto per box on average where did those Autos go.I"ve been buying Panini cards forever, I"m 63 years old and and love the design of your cards. I will not be Buying any more of your products, ( I also buy ********************* cards) in the future, unless you can help me out with this problem. I am seriously thinking about putting my Video on social media. When you pay a premium price for a box of cards, we should expect something out of it , as far as I"m concerned this is false advertisement.Panini America

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by your issue.Keep in mind that most of our packs and boxes are marked as On Average when providing our valuable products. Unfortunately, not every box is guaranteed to have the greatest product. Some hobby boxes do have guaranteed autographs or memorabilia, but they will be marketed as Guaranteed. If your box or packs did not include the correct number of total cards that is said to be included, you can create a ***************** ticket.Review fromJordan D

This company is a joke! They only now started to respond to BBB complaints after fanactics sued them and referenced their lack of communication with the BBB.To the panini employee who reads thisI want to know why it took your company to have a gun put to you head before you started to respond to our complaints? Oh you all of a sudden care? This company is the most unethical , profit grabbing , lack of accountability that I have ever seen.I never once up till this point hoped you lost your contracts but the shadiness involved with all of a sudden caring and pretending to give a c*** about customers is the final strawl.I know your lack of courage as a company will result in no response to this .Panini America

Pulled a redemption card from 2018 Classics football. Waited 5 years and no card. ****** had signed items for Panini in the meantime. Panini sent out a pack of cards they claimed was worth $100 to covert their not fulfilling the redemption. I sent the pack of cards. back on my own dime and informed them they are not worth anywhere near the value of the card that was to have been sent. I called them an informed them the cards in the pack were not worth much, if anything. I was told I'd be put on a list of people who were unhappy with the pack replacement(s) and would maybe be fortunate to get something out of it that was comparable to the card I was to have acquired through their redemption process.Panini America

We apologize for the wait, but if we have not received the signature from the athlete after the original 120 day waiting period for your redemption, you are prompted with a few different options. You have the choice to either choose: a request for a replacement (another card of equal or greater value), Panini Points, or other alternatives that we may have available. Due to the number of athletes returning cards after the release dates, we are experiencing a backlog in fulfilling replacement card requests. We will fulfill requests as the players return their cards. However, if you choose to wait for the original redemption, we will notify you via email once a shipment is being created.Review fromGreg R
