      Bought 2 boxes of 2021 Panini One Football from a local card shop back in Apr 2022. Each Box cost $500 and had one card in it. One of the boxes had a redemption in it. The other had a damaged ******************* card from 2020 series. Here it is 8 months later - and they tell me its still going to be another 6-8 more months before I get anything back.

You can either replace the redemption with a replacement card (another card of equal or greater value), Panini Points, or other alternatives that we have available. Due to the number of athletes returning cards after release date, we are experiencing a backlog in fulfilling replacement card requests. Rest assured, we will fulfill requests as the players return their cards. To find out what other alternatives we have available please call the redemption toll-free phone number to hear more. For factory damage replacements, they are experiencing a backlog in fulfillment. If its in the queue, it will be replaced. You can also replace the factory damage card with Panini Points or other alternatives available. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this delay.       ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to redeem a Redemption card over 2 years ago and still hasn't shown up. Tried contacting customer service numerous times to no avail. Thankfully the card wasn't very expensive. I would NEVER buy a Redemption card from this company.

      I was ready to get back into collecting cards, but Panini has changed my mind. After spending close to $2000.00 collecting the *** set, I've come to the realization that their product is just a prettier version of the garbage that was sold in the 90's. The base set is huge (after all that $$ I still haven't completed it), endless inserts and #'d cards for the bench warmers. Nothing quite as exilerating as dropping $300 on a hobby box and your auto card is some nobody from a relegated team. In short, save yourself the money and headache, just buy something else.

Retailers such as ******* and Target carry our retail products that are more inexpensive. There are other ways to collect, but if you want the whole collection of a set, it will take multiple boxes to achieve that.       Product is so expensive with little reward odds. Have had a redemption in with them since 2017 and 2018 that are super high end and will probably never be filled. Not even a replacement. No idea why they forgot about me and won't return emails. I mean toss me some points or anything at this point please

      waiting 5+ months for a redemption. I finally got a response and they said because of COVID delays it can take a year. they offered to exchange the autographed card for points but couldn't tell me how many we would get so now I am stuck waiting longer. Several months ago I bought the "instant weekly pass" for *** week 15. Finally arrived last week and they sent week 11. I have no idea how to even contact a person here since they never answer the phone. I spent thousands last year on different boxes but will never buy from them again. Terrible customer service.

      Company routinely commits fraud against its customers. When you buy a box of cards, the box clearly states that you get a certain amount of autographs, memorabilia, etc. This is why people buy the boxes! Panini's business model is to pull a fast one on their customers by providing them with Panini points in place of autographs. So instead of the potential of pulling an auto of your favorite player or even pulling one worth some money to possibly recoup costs, Panini provides "Panini Points" which can be 150 points and up. Well when you to their website to see whats available, its 95% junk that no one wants-just base autos of players you have never heard of before. Well im sure you are thinking "thats prob what you would have gotten anyway if they had included the autos. Well here comes the best part...after scanning their site for about ***************************************************** and for one card Panini charges $11 for shipping! Why? The card I picked is worth about $10 so it cant be insurance. Why am I expected to pay a ridiculous shipping fee for a card worth next to nothing? Well this is Panini's business model-not only do they not provide the promised auto, they make it so people wont even bother using the points due to the ridiculous shipping fee. Btw I sent an email to Panini-they give you so few characters that you cant even explain what the issue is and of course no reply from Panini-again, this is their business model-to make their customers not want to bother. Companies like Panini have ruined this hobby for children long ago with the insane amount that boxes cost but also are currently ruining it for adults as well by providing Panini points and never fullfulling redemptions. This company is truly a disgrace and the sooner is it out of business, the better it will be for sports card enthusiasts.

      Terrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone you leave voicemail after voicemail and nobody returns a phone call. Do not purchase anything online or do a redemption with panini. Months pass by and you receive no merchandise. When they finally answer the email it is very brief no name or contact number to go along with it and they basically tell you you will not get a refund or your merchandise and try a different department.

      I bought a case of Panini hobby Basketball in May of 2020, none of the boxes had the guaranteed autos. I have called and emailed for the past twenty months! Nothing! The autos I should of gotten are pretty much worthless now. Panini robbed from me, I thought I was purchasing something and never received what I paid for. Should be criminal.

      I've sent multiple emails regarding MANY destroyed products and my emails and calls have been blatantly ignored. It seems like nobody at the company cares about what happens to products after they ship. Any attempt to follow up on an email has been ghosted completely. As a 20 year old, I don't have much money, so when I spend money on a product and it is in terrible condition with missing product inside, i'd at least like a response. Until then, I am disgusted.
