    The company I work for receives multiple spam emails a month from DOT Compliance Group and now have begun to receive calls with a representative asking that we pay to have them file our FMCSA MCS-150 Biennial renewal which has been done for months. I spoke with a ************************* with DOT Compliance Group and asked that she remove my company from her email and call list. She said she would. We shall see.

    DOT Compliance group calls my 80+ year old parents who still own, but are not active, on the farm. The threaten and harass. They send nasty letters. It gets them both fretting.
    Of course we have a DOT. We have a fleet OF FARM TRUCKS. We can take care of our own compliance without your harassment. Just a bunch of jerks to scare people into giving them their personal information and credit card. They need to be closed for shady practices.

    SCAM AND HARRASSMENT! I’ve told them repeatedly I don’t want their service, yet I get email after email, text messages, and mail sent to my address. I wish I could sue them for harassment. This is excessive and aggravating as hell

    Horrible customer service, they bill your credit card randomly and bombard you with emails. They don’t return phone calls, but they do call and Text from Random numbers. They really need to be investigated for fraud. Deceiving people with scare tactics and threats and not following through on services.

    Continuous spam emails claiming I need to file paperwork with them, that has already been filed by myself. Claiming they filed documents on my behalf, when they have not
    Claiming to be from the FMCSA, when they are just a scam
    I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe, with no success

    I have to leave another BIG thanks to Destiny! She has cleaned up all the issues with FMCSA with the utmost professionalism a customer could ask for from a company! I have signed up for another program and I can honestly say it's money well spent! I can honestly say I've never talked to someone at DOT Compliance that rubbed me the wrong way or was not patient and helpful!

    Horrible company that won't stop soliciting us even after numerous inquiries asking them to remove us from their list. They continue to email us and text our phone lines. We reached out to US DOT directly only to find out that the DOT Compliance Group was using scare tactics to get us to sign up with them for services no one needs as you can do yourself with DOT directly. Long story short don't give them your info; otherwise they'll hound you forever. Thinking as if somehow that style is gonna make us change our mind. It actually reaffirms the opposite of why not to do business with this place. I would classify them as a scam organization as they use fear to get your to sign up with them. And the fear for us wasn't even real; it was a lie after we spoke to US DOT directly.

    I have emailed them over a dozen time, and have called in another 10. They are spam scam! Do not do business with them. There are better companies out there.

    non stop pestering from this company telling me that all of our current papers are due for renewal and if we dont "comply" they will have our DOT number suspended! email after email and phone calls the same way! PLEASE HELP MAKE THEM STOP!!!!
