      Bought a Go2bank ( activation necessary) but preload was purchased at this disasterous farce of a convenience store.After opening blue card package up and receipt for ,360-, in hand I followed with activation .Supposedly,card gets loaded and is ready for use NOPE.Go2bank sent three cards ,zero balances,on all . ...one explained card at 7-11 was temporary,second was with chip,third card was inexplicable .I called corporate head Louis,sent,pics of cards and receipt....called store over and over to no avail .A follow up Ms ****** sent repeat requests,I tried again to the email a dozen times- response was no such email .So now no email,no phone,and two corporate no do-gooders .. .Now I'm livid,missed ,travel plans and hotel charged for no show!!!!!I write this about 7-11 in downtown ********** - HOME TO AFFLUENCE,SCIENTOLOGISITS,MOVIE STARS - LIKE *** ******!SO REGARDLESS,NONE OF YOU SHOULD EVER STEP FOOT INTO THUS STORE- THEY DONT CARE! They have ,pardon me,No Mission!!!!!But I do .I am hoping my royal s******* doesn't result in any celebrity,rich or poor,innocent in my (our) community looking to buy whatever in ***** eleven - at this locale ,turns around and walks the Other way!!!!!My name : **** ***** My pleasure for relief - 360.       Terrible store to visit. Cashier and managers have no respect towards others. When you try to tell them they get very offense. They always trying to barred people who are telling them about their actions. cashier and I took pictures of each other so situations cant keep going on. I walked in to the store this morning on march 7 2025, They wouldnt serve me, because quote on quote they said I was cussing. That is the answer they gave me. No prove or anything only the picture we both took of each other. The manager who is barely at the store never likes to hear from the people like me. He just listens to his cashiers who has no manners what so ever. I believe this situation started from the time I wrote to headquarters about their actions. Ever since that time they have Been Rude. I rate this 7eleven a Z E R O .

      Insanely overpriced everything! Just an example of last purchase; bought Pepto Bismol 30 cheweble tablets for $19.11 Same item on 10 min walking distance CVS is $6.99!No wonder why they have 1.8 star review on ******. This store should be reported to 7-eleven headquaters for damaging their reputation!

      Clerk ringing up my order intentionally manually changed my order to keep me from receiving a listed discount. When I called out the employee he just laughed and said it was a mistake. But the discount initially was posted, then the employee deleted the items and rang them in manually at full price. This was an intentional scam by the employee.

      Would never go here again, need to wash my hands, was expected to pay for something. But upon finding no soap nor sanitizer in the bathroom, the owners/employees became aggressive, and tried to stop me from leaving, when eventually able to, told them that it's disgusting not to have anything to be able to wash one's hands. Already put a complaint in with the health *****

      I stopped at 711 ****** corner. Can Washington street/************** and and a king-sized? ******* peanut butter cup was Listed under 219 for a price tag. However, I guess the tag on the price was a different name for a label and the original price for candy bar was 219. According to the price, it rang up for was 299. The guy behind the counter did not want to give for that price. And he argued I finally said. I am done with arguing I am leaving and walked out with no candy bar

      There is a sign on the front door that states buy 2 packs of any Marlboro cigarettes and get a discount of $3.60. I have yet to find a 7-11 that honors the advertisement. Yet the reduced price is only $2.20. Where can I complain and be reimbursed for the **** transactions of this nature? ****************************
