      There is a sign on the front door that states buy 2 packs of any Marlboro cigarettes and get a discount of $3.60. I have yet to find a 7-11 that honors the advertisement. Yet the reduced price is only $2.20. Where can I complain and be reimbursed for the **** transactions of this nature? ****************************

      I went for an interview and was met by the manager "*****" I put my availability and put that I have classes. She was unprofessional and pryed on my information I disclosed saying she makes sure people aren't lying. I've come a long way from my past and she profiled me off of that. Not that I look like a "previous addict" but perhaps she and I crossed paths during that terrible time in my life. This is discrimination at best and ignorance. People change and I'm proof of that ! This business is going to profile more innocent and changed people. She should be retrained or fired.

      Walked in for cash back at the ****************************************************************************************** location. Was told by the person working there they do cash back. I bought something and there machine did not give me a cash back option. They same person refused refund the item I bought, seemed to have me buy something on purpose. The place is also a disgusting mess.

      This company has supervisors who will speak over you, who will refuse to help you and treat you like garbage. While being an escalated customer **** spoke over me multiple times, told me to calm down and told me there was no one else above him and that he couldn't help me. 711 has 100$ of MY MONEY that they are refusing to let go of from a 20$ purchase of gasoline. I work at a corporate office of my company. It takes one little email to the billing department to release funds. He refused to help me at all. All he told me was no, no, no. Knowing I'm an already escalated customer. That's terrible business practices. Now I'm expected to be without 100$?????? Absolutely not.

      card skimmer at the pump, thousands of dollars in charges, and they have ZERO interest in addressing it when I called. WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

      After waiting in line for quite some time with at least 3 customers also in line behind me. Having 2 other workers in plain site that could help. The lady behind me was also complaining. I finally spoke up and asked if someone else could help. One staff member looked at me rudely and yelled WE ARE BUSY (she was opening bread), the other lady was walking around the store tidying up giving me dirty looks with her ear pod in. She then finally went behind the counter and still no help to ANYONE in line, took her ear pod out and says "EXCUSE ME"! which my response was we have been waiting a long time, can we get some help? The 1 guy working was helping a door dash customer and trying to help another customer who got $100 stuck in the machine or something. I don't mind waiting but when it's being done out of spite, it's a little upsetting. After saying excuse me, the lady called me a Bi*** from behind the counter, told me I'm in a convenience store and I need to learn how to wait, then proceeded to tell me that "I don't know who I'm fu***** with". She continued talking in profanity towards me all the way until I walked out of the store in tears because I was so mad. I manage a consumer law firm, I get all kinds of clients from happy to sad, to mad and I would NEVER treat anyone the way she treated me. My husband later called the store and spoke to the manager *** (who was also very rude on the phone), she gave us the name of the associate Polaya that treated me this way, and also said there was a ******* there (who finally was the one to help). You do NOT talk to people the way I was talked to. There is a professional way to talk to someone and NOT use profanity in front of multiple customers! Although my firm is across the street, I will NEVER step foot in that store again, ever! I have witness too much unprofessional behavior, from the way they talk, the way they treat their staff, but this was my actual 1st personal encounter and will not be tolerated.

      My husband dropped or wallet was stollen at The 7 Eleven located at ****************, ****************, FL on Sunday July 31st 2022. We called the store in order to be able to look at the cameras inside the store. The employees onsite are not allowed to look at the cameras only the store managers are allowed. Store managers are not onsite ever since we have been requesting helps since the same day the issue happened. 3 days have passed by and I have been calling daily in order to get a response from them. They even say that manager called me on 08/02/2022 but that is not true since I never got a phone call from them. I filled a police report with Lee county Sheriffs office but this does not help as well.
      Employees do not have complete name of their Manager nor are allowed to release their telephone contact information for a customer to be able to speak with them.
      This is very stressful since they could help customers verify what happed on that date and time but sincerely their customer service is the worst and their cameras are worthless for the help that they might provide.
      Very disappointed with their Managers - employees and their customer relations since they could help us at least see what happed or catch a thief.
