  Dry Force did a great job for us today. *********************** was very professional, friendly and throughout with his diagnostics and evaluation. There has been so many plumbing issues in this property, were for sure glad we found folks we can trust! We highly recommend their services

  *********************** . came to our home after a leak in our wall he was very Knowledgeable and polite. The whole experience was amazing any questions we had was answered no matter it was or if it was the same question he made sure we understood the process and that we was comfortable with goin to the next step..   The technician sent by Dry Force was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions concerning the work he performed as a result of a leak we experienced at our house. I had the opportunity to speak with several of their office staff all of which were extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them.

  For some reason I can't delete my other review. After posting my reviews on BBB and ******* I was contacted by the owner of this company. He apologized and offered to compensate us completely for the tile in the area were it had been damaged. We did receive a compensation check and appreciate the effort and consideration in address a customer complaint.

  Then they came out to do the final walk through with me for the project and take 50% on the quote. But when I went to sign the documents, I noticed a $2k increase. When I questioned the project manager ******* about this, he stated that the insurance paid more so they would take more, that's just how it is. I proceeded to go over the quote my insurance had given, which included work that Dry Force was not going to do and charges for frivolous items. I ended up highlighting what I wanted removed and sending to ******* and ***************************** (******* Operations Manager). I also requested proof of liability coverage for the project and a list of the subcontractors, because Dry Force has insisted that they needed an additional $3k+ from my insurance, since they used licensed contractors. ******* in a verbal conversation advised that they would not provide the liability coverage proof (HUGE RED FLAG FOR CONTRACTORS) and later confirmed this in writing. They also would not provide the names of the subcontractors. At this point I had either the option of letting them move forward and trusting their word that they were a small company that honored their word, as ******* stated, or terminate the contract and pay an alleged 10% penalty to Dry Force per their contract. So I started looking into *********** Laws about residential construction and discovered that the contract that Dry Force presented for the work was in violation of the following State Codes as neither required disclosure were present in the contract I signed for work, ***** Property Code ******, & ***** Business and Commerce Code *******. At this point I have advised Dry Force of termination of the contract but will still have to deal with them for the tile issue and if they decide to try to collect the alleged 10% owed... I would never recommend you work with this company.

  Company is quick, reliable and on point. My rep *** gave me some tips with prevention and home warranty advice. They work directly with Insurance as well.
