  We hired Dry Force for a water leakage and floor repair project in 2021. They didn't finish the project after their employee on our project left and sent us a survey report on which parts not finished. Now, Dry Force just kept send invoice to us with the wrong number. We try to let them to work on this project with correct number, but no one comes. If they don't want to finish the project, they need to deduct the fee in the contract. That's why we think this company is really irresponsible on this business.

  used Dry Force after having a flood from a flood stop valve failure in my attic. Dry Force utilized a dehumidifier and fans to dry everything out and in doing so, removed wet insulation and drywall and baseboard. After they were through drying out the drywall and baseboards, they neglected to repair anything. I called the company and they told me there was a note on my file that there was not enough damage for their restoration department to come out and that I would need to contact my insurance and get a different third-party to come out and do the restoration. I have never heard anything like this in my life. Infuriated!

  I used Dry Force after having a flood in my house. Dry Force utilized a dehumidifier and fans to dry out my drywall and in doing so, the baseboards were removed in my utility room which was where the leak occurred. After they were through drying out the drywall and baseboards, they neglected to replace the baseboards on one side of the wall behind my washer and dryer and the wall next to the washer. I called them promptly as I noticed this and a man from Dry Force came to inspect the situation. He told me he would get back with me but failed to do that. I called them today and requested that they come out and replace the baseboards and a piece of ceramic tile that had been broken during the pull out of the washer. I was told no, they do not do that and to call my insurance company as "that's what you have insurance for"!! I did call my insurance company and it is ** to me to find a person to do the work that is needed. I am in the process of trying to find someone who does this kind of work. To say that I am displeased with Dry Force is ad understatement.

  Kodee from Dry Force was the technician who came into my home after water damage. He was so helpful. I was a wreck and he helped me with my Ins company and then got right to work setting up the equipment and removing the damaged walls and flooring. He was very polite and courteous. Dry Force is very lucky to have him.

  John visited us very promptly after our call early this morning. He quickly evaluated our cleanup and repair needs. He then dispatched an expert technician (Mike) who arrived to set up drying equipment. John and Mike have excellent customer interface and communications skills. Both are very trustworthy.
