  Update May 8th, 2023. *Warning* Stay away...Did not pay any of my $55k hospital bills even after I finally won their " Member dispute form" claims late last year showing I did not have a pre-existing medical condition. Found out today ( May 8th, 2023 ) after finalizing my hospital bill from Dec 2021, that Oneshare lied to me about the hospital being part of their "contractual agreement ", the hospital billing **** said they never were....So now, after almost a year and a half, nothing will be paid!Oct, 2022, orginal post below,*Now getting EOS claim denies, $55k!*. Long process of my claim reviews since my Dec 2021 hospital stay and post doctor ************* I am now recently ( Oct 4th, 2022 ) finding out OneShare Health is denying my EOS payment claims saying I had a pre-existing condition. Since I have never had this health issue and they even reviewed all my past medical records they requested, also showing I never had this health issue before I signed up for my policy, Jan 1st 2021, there should be no reason why OneShare is denying all my medical claims! I have just submitted my 5 ( I have double the medical claims ) claims allowed for their "Member dispute Form" for their review. That can take up to another 45 days! I am already getting bill collectors calling **** had paid into Oneshare for 19 months and understood their terms that as long as I did not have pre-existing conditions prior to ***** months of me signing up for their policy, they would cover all but my 5k deductible towards my medical bill payments claims. I kept up with all my regular physician health care check-*** every year! All my past physician check-*** came back with no health issues before I signed on to Oneshare.....So I had no prior knowledge of my health issue being a "pre-existing" condition that OneShare is now claiming....I will give an update after I find out if my claims will be paid in the future. I am no longer a member of Oneshare health.

  Worst Health ************ Ever! Stay as far away as you can from this fraudulent company who operates under cloak of religion in order to gain your trust! In my experience they are closer to the Devils workings. They take your money and never have any intentions to pay for your medical bills. They stall and stall and ask for the same records again and again. June 27th *********************************************************************************************** to the *** Once at ER, I talked to a nurse, got a morphine shot as the pain was unbearable, could not walk. Then talked to a doctor for 5 minutes and got an MRI, the good news no kidney stone, bad news a sever lumbar strain from falling and twisting my body. Doctor prescribed me pain medication, wrote me a note to stay home and rest for two weeks. Then a $13,000 bill arrived, my deductible with One Share Health was $ ****.- everything above that they are supposed top pay in a case of an accident. To this day, all communication was always initiated by myself NEVER by them. Make a long story short, February 2023 I just received their final decision, they said it is all the patients financial responsibility. Such a fraud this company. Stay away!

  For one year I have been dealing with one share about my bills.they kept saying they needed more paper work from my hospital. Then after running every where to get what they needed. It took almost 1 year by a couple of days. Got everything they needed. In less than a week they denied paying anything. This place is a scam.

  I had an unexpected knee surgery on 9/2/22. I still have claims that have not been addressed even though they said they have on the phone. I have it all documented. Soon the bills will be sent to collections. I have over $10,000 worth of bills that OneShare is telling me that they are dealing with, but clearly they are not. I have some of the same experience details others have complained about here. I will try to call them again this week and I really hope this can be resolved soon. I have switched to regular health insurance.

  I sure wish we had read these reviews before signing with this group!! After One Share agreed to pay a significant medical bill 8 months ago, we have now been sent to collections because it's not been paid. Not sure how we are going to deal with this but DO NOT join this group!

  Please do not spend your money on this program. What i went through in the past year and a half, affected my health, more than the actual problems i had to begin with. Spending hours and days, on the phone, trying to get them to cover anything! When i got this "insurance", i was happy and thought i would get good coverage, i was very wrong!!! They tried to blame everything on pre existing conditions, with no past records showing anything. Was hit with collections letters. Ended up with many sleepless nights just worrying about it. Long story short, dont make the same mistake as me, just find REAL INSURANCE, that will actually cover something.

  Do NOT sign up with OneShare Health. We have been getting the run around since my wife fell at the end of July 2022, Long story short, I had to send in 13 of 15 sharing requests myself because the providers refused to bill OneShare Health. Some said it's because it's not insurance, and others said it's because they take way too long to pay. What a nightmare! We didn't need this added stress in our lives after my wife's fall, but here we are. I am going to contact the broker who signed ** up with OneShare Health and urge him to not use them anymore, Last point, as of this writing at the beginning of December 2022, we have not received one dime from One Share Health. Some of the providers were threatening collections, understandably, so we cashed in a life insurance policy for 14K dollars and paid them all out of pocket. Reading so many negative reviews, we're starting to believe we won't receive a dime from them. We certainly hope that is not the case. Outrageous!

  Do NOT purchase coverage from these people! They will find every excuse in the book to not pay your medical bills. And if you need surgery good luck! They will call it "preexisting " regardless of your past medical history. I have a CANCEROUS tumor that was found by accident and needs removed. Not only are they refusing to pay the office visit bills they won't approve any payment on next weeks scheduled surgery. This company is starting to sound like a scam and yet they call themselves a *********** ************* Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere....

  Oneshare I do not recommend. They take your monthly payments and refuse to cover anything, including a 7yr whose had a seizure and choking on his vomit. This company has left my family in financial ruin with over 20,000 dollars in debt to collectors. Every claim dispute filed was denied, saying pre-existing condition. They do not pay yours bills, they help you go into debt, all the while advertising that they are a faith based Christian company. They need to stop claiming to be of God, the lord doesn't work this way. Praying for the countless others whom have been victims to this company.

  Shame on you One Share. Selling yourself under the guise of Christians to beat the IRS. There isn't a Christian among any of you! How can you treat people this way? I paid over $37,000 in 4 years. They denied every claim I ever submitted. They ask for more information every time I have lab work or doctor visits, they never pay anything out of pocket, which is ridiculous. They have never resolved anything for me. I winded up paying for all the bills and meds myself, but I was too busy to shop for another avenue. I will have to now though. They canceled my membership unannounced. No communication about that whatsoever!
