      Made reservation by telephone. Got to hotel, a two story building and we had been assigned a "suite" on the second floor. However, my wife is disable and can not do stairs safely, so we were given a room on the first floor with no compensation for the low quality room. This hotel is in such disrepair that I'm extremely surprised that La Quinta allows this franchisee to operate under the La Quinta banner. ******* needs to visit this place and pull their franchise. So bad that even the Gideons don't put a bible in the room. I would like a refund for the difference between the "suite" and the first floor room in which we stayed. There was also no way we were going to eat the breakfast there and left about 5 AM.

      I will never stay at this pitiful place again. The bed was very uncomfortable, and sheets were stained. They charge bogus smoking fee (******) when NO ONE SMOKES or VAPES. They charged you ***** per day for a destination fee and never mention it (hidden in paperwork). The valet parking was a nightmare to deal with, you will have to ask for your vehicle 3 or 4 times (it not more). We stopped for fuel just as we left, and my left front ************ was destroyed. Was so disgusted with the place I would not even go back to report it (knew I would be just wasting time). The free breakfast is so crowded that I gave up after *********************************** the room. Do yourself and family a favor STAW AWAY. YES! the above is my honest opinion of this pitiful place.

      Do not stay at this hotel. My husband and I was there for work. We checked in, went to get something to eat, came back took a shower, watched TV and went to bed. Woke up the next morning and that is when the trouble started. I turned down the comforter and there it was.....blood, yes you read it right, (some one else's blood was on the comforter). We immediately went to the front desk and they said they would take care of us for our inconvenience. I thought they would not make us pay for the room, ( I mean there was some one else's blood on the comforter), or at the very least let us pay half. They took of $20.00 for the room. Seriously!!! I asked to speak to a manger and the lady at the front desk said he/she was not in. We had to leave to go to work. I called 10 times in the next 4 days, I left my name and number and no one called me back. So unprofessional and so frustrating!!!

      I would go to negative stars if I could. I was at the La Quinta ***********, ** location from March 28 thru April 12. I was there for 15 nights for work along with at least 4 others. The first week I worked in the afternoon and left my room by 1130 am and didnt return until 830 pm. After being there 2 nights the toilet tank was empty and the toilet wouldnt flush. The front desk clerk came upstairs and showed me how to fix it. So now Im the maintenance person. On this Saturday I was out of the room from 8 am to 6 pm and when I returned my room wasnt made up. On Easter Sunday I was out of the room from 930 am and returned after 7pm and again the room wasnt made up again. All and all my room was made up a total of 5 times in a 15 night stay. When I complained I was told and my room would be cleaned the next day, which it wasnt. On April 3rd when I returned back to the room after work I found my room not made up again but now the smoke detector was chirping. I went to the front desk and the girl looked for a battery for me to change it. Well she couldnt find a battery and followed me to my room and she took the battery out and said it would be replaced the next day. 10 days later I finally had a working smoke detector. By not having a working smoke detector the room should have been taken out of service which it wasnt. I expressed my frustration to the front and kept being told they would take care of it which it never was. I sent my feedback both to the hotel directly as well as to the corporate office and have not received any satisfaction. My suggestion is to stay away. Go to Motel 6 you would probably get your room cleaned and have a working toilet and smoke detector.

      Stay away from this hotel by any cost. There was no water in hotel in the morning and we couldn't use the bathroom. Craziest experience! They didn't warn us that there won't be any water.

      Im totally dissatisfied with the service. Im told there is no service and I can get sheets from the front desk to make my own bed. I have had to get my own coffee from the front desk, towels and cups. I have requested maid service and have not received it. The on-site manager assured me I would get it. It never happened. There has been toast and cereal for breakfast. When asked, the fron deal suggested ********** I want a refund. Totally unacceptable.

      So dissatisfied. No coffee in the morning, only one elevator working, front staff not engaged, refrigerator not working, only two carts for entire place, half a roll of of toilet paper, five tissues left with no refill, very limited towels and all this for over $200 per room.

This hotel should be a slop house rooming house anything but a hotel La Quinta should be ashamed to have their name on the building. The rugs are crummy theres sign saying that theyre under renovation but no sign that I want anyone is doing any work to the dump if you stay there, you take your life and your

      DO NOT STAY HERE! My wife and I booked a 2 night stay here 4/27/2024 and 4/28/2024. The room we were given had a broken toilet. The back tank would not fill so the toilet would not flush. We called and maintenance came up and got it somewhat working but the fill valve was still messed up. For the rest of the night and next morning we had to open the back of the toilet tank and mess with the valve every time we used the toilet to get it to fill/stop filling when full. We called and complained to hotels.com who called the hotel trying to get us a voucher for a partial refund. La Quinta refused, then called us directly and told us since we called and made a complaint and we're not happy with their property we had to check out by 12pm and they would refund us the second night. This caused us to miss half the birthday party we traveled up to attend because this call came at 11am. We went back and packed our room up and checked out and were given a receipt showing the refund of the second night. We then called and filed a formal complaint with *******. In retaliation to that they billed us the full amount for both nights PLUS an extra $100 for damages! I took pictures, the room had no damages and was left the same way it was given to us. I didn't even complain to them about to urine odor in the room when we checked in, or the stale ashtray smell coming from the ** unit, or the fact that the sheets had hair all in them so clearly we're not changed between guests, I just wanted a toilet in my room that worked. Now I'm having to deal with my bank to do a charge back and contact attorneys and it's a lot of c*** over what should have been a simple customer service complaint over something I'm sure most people would have a problem with. No guest at a hotel should have to stick their hands in the toilet to get it to work every time they use it.

      Lady named agxa at the counter rude as can be didnt accept my form of ID because it wasnt in great condition. Understandable but was very rude about it told me to leave in front of other patrons embarrassing to say the least.
