      Awful company. Trying to pay off my mortgage, but the payoff amount that they gave me closing attorney was evidently incorrect, so they refused the payment. Told me that I had to send the correct amount by the 14th, but the wire refund that they sent didn't arrive until after the outgoing wire deadline on the 14th, so I couldnt make that deadline because of them. So now I have to get a new payoff amount (basically they get to charge me more interest). But they refuse to tell me the payoff amount over the phone and say they will email it to me in 24 to ******************************** more interest and more profit for them. Terrible customer service, avoid if you can.

      Needed proof of insurance. sent it in, a few times to imcovered.com/bsi. get an email today stating unable to verify. no reason why. called the number, and was on the phone tree, till it hung up on me. then my super secret unique identifier quit working, and you cannot get to a real person. tried till i was good and annoyed. then called in again, and went to claims. got a real person im a minute or two. had to have them transfer me over to a real person. epic fail you your phone tree. if they had an actual person reply stating why or what, would have been helpful, like the person i reached. she stayed with me till she got my paperwork. forwarded it on to the proof of insurance side. we changed insurance companies about a year back, and they had the old company still listed as ours. loved the lady i was transferred to, she deserves a kudo. the rest of the system, epic fail. did just enough to call it done, and that was it. really sorry we were sold to these folks. oh, dont call the number below, the phone tree is horrible. the phone number on my paper work is different, but takes you to the same bad phone tree. horrible customer service. if you need them, call the claims ***** and they will transfer you over, and stay on the line till you are connected. Kudos to these folks for helping me out.

      My mortage was sold to BSI a year ago. My bank automatically pays my bill on the first of every month. Consistently, BSI fails to post the payment in a timely manner. It is now 7 days after my payment was made, but is showing as past due. This happens every month.

      I would give negative stars if possible. I was laid off during the pandemic and was offered a forbearance to help me get by. I was stupid enough to do it. I filled out a mountain of paperwork nearly a year and a half ago and never heard back until summer of 2022 where they said it took them too long to get to my folder so I had to fill out all the paperwork again. Meanwhile, while on forbearance it haunts any credit reporting. Or should at least. They have posted 12 missed payments on my credit report. Completely tanking my credit. It even shows on my statements that I have paid my bill. I'm finding a lawyer. I get no response. Can't get ahold of my point of contact can't get ahold of anyone who can do anything. My mortgage would be in better hands at Burger King.

      My mortgage was sold to BSI financial a few months ago, and I have had a horrible experience so far. Our payments are auto-drafted from our account every month and we have made every payment in full and on time. A week ago I got a credit monitoring alert that my account was delinquent. ** turns out that BSI financial made an error and their system showed that my mortgage payment should be $600 more than what it actually is, so they believed that I was under paying. We called BSI and got this sorted out but it has taken multiple phone calls to rude customer service reps. ** is truly unfortunate that there is nothing I can do about their terrible service. I didn't ask for them to buy my mortgage, all I have done is make my payments for the correct amount and on time and they have burned me. My credit score is in shambles until whenever they get around to amending my credit report. Something needs to be done about this inadequate, immoral company.

      Well I am not in the least surprised to read all these horrible reviews/experiences that all of BSI customers are going through. I paid off my two loans with BSI back in August of 2021. They removed the 1st lien by Oct 2021 which is respectively some what of an adequate time frame. The second lien on the property which I had no idea was on there - did not get removed until May 2022. 10 months later!! It gets better - apparently a *** was put on my property that I was unaware was there and found out last month when the house went into escrow - that it was there and had not been removed. So here I sit loosing hundreds of thousands of dollars daily not to mention the fact I can not sell my property until that *** is removed. I have contacted BSI customer service dealing with *************** who has been very nice and acknowledged Sept 30th that BSI dropped the ball and did not remove the *** as they should of. The issue is BSI customer service deals with a shadow **** called the "ROL ****" (?) I have been advised by **** that he has been in contact with that **** supervisor **************** and that they are actively working with the "vendor" to get this taken care of. This vendor also seems to be a shadow of an entity that no one knows the name of. But nearly 2 weeks in - nothing has been resolved. I even contacted their end client 42 ****************** regarding this issue. They seem not even concerned with them. Surprising since this is the bank that "feeds" BSI. This issue MUST get resolved ASAP. As of this AM I have contacted 6 of BSI's Leadership Members on this series matter. I have also put a complaint into Consumer Financial Agency as well as Consumer Affairs. No customer should be losing hundreds of thousands of $$$ due to BSI negligence. What a horrible place to put someone in - I hope BSI realizes the severity of all of this.

      1 star is way too generous. Our loan was sold to BSI, and in the months following, they waited a span of more than a week to process our payment, which has incurred late fees, and missed payments. This has happened TWICE, and now they raised our mortgage. I have tried several times to call/email/chat with them to find a resolution for this, and have not had a single reply back. I made another attempt today, and was sent to a voice mailbox for their customer service department. This "company" should be thoroughly investigated for negligence and theft.

      Sent them my proof of insurance. Received confirmation that they received it, but they claim they never got it. Just charged me additional $500 due to no updated insurance, yet I have proof that I submitted it multiple times. Reporting to the ***** Attorney General--- Same thing happened last year, so far too many issues to be an accident.

      BSI bought my mortgage and it has been a horrible experience since day 1. My taxes and insurance wasn't paid on time. I have had to call ***** times and no one was helpful. This has truly been one of the worst companies I have dealt with. My issue still isn't resolved.

      Terrible company ************* loan never gets sold to them. They aren't honest tried to charge me a late fee refusing to remove it. When they held my payment to cause the fee. Tried to get a payoff took 13 days to get it. Delayed my closing another week because of it. Wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
