      Our insurance company went under, we purchased new insurance. In the mean time BSI takes money from our escrow after the fact this insurance company went under which put ** in the negative and increased our monthly payment. BSI will not provide ** with anything showing the insurance was paid. They take over $2300 and an additional $895. Been trying to contact them for a canceled check that was issued for our insurance which is the $2300 They will not return calls or emails.. I hope one day they are bought out by a better company that appreciates and works with there customers. That will make my day

      This company ended up with our loan after it was transferred to them, after they had it for two months our monthly payment increased by 1,300 and we have a negative 10,000 escrow balance. Now, everything is sent it to them; taxes and all. I don't know what too do at this point. I call and can't ahold of the lady that is reportedly handling our loan. It seems as if they're trying their best to force us out of our home when previously before our loan was sent to them we did not miss a single payment.

      MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS SOLD MY MORTGAGE TO BSI AFTER A LOAN MODIFICATION WAS PUT IN PLACE BY MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS TO HELP ME GET BACK ON MY FEET AFTER A HOSPITAL STAY FROM COVID 19. FROM THE GET GO BSI HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. THEY CONTINUE TO NOT OBIDE BY THE LOAN MOTIFICATION SET IN PLACE TO HELP ME. THEY FIRST SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE LOAN MODIFICATION PAPER WORK FROM MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, WHICH WAS A LIE. I TRACKED THE PACKAGE WITH THE PAPER WORK AND IT WAS GIVEN TO THE FRONT OFFICE OF BSI IN IRVING TEXAS IN DECEMBER OF 2021. AFTER THEY LIED ABOUT THE PAPER WORK, I AM NOW GETTING LETTERS THEY ARE GOING TO FORCLOSE ON MY PROPERTY!!! THIS HAS BEEN GOIING ON SINCE MY FIRST SCHEDULED PAYMENT ONB FEBRUARY 1ST OF 2022, AS WAS SPECIFIED ON MY LOAN MOTIFICATION. IT IS NOW AUGUST 25TH AND I HAVE GOTTEN KNOW WHERE WITH THEM. NOW THEY SENT ME A LETTER STATING MY MONTHLY PAYMENT WILL GO UP TO ALMOST TWICE WHAT I PAY...AND STILL STICK BY THEIR LAME BULL CRAP THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED PAPER WORK FROM MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS BACK IN DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR. THANK GOD MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS FEDEXED ME ALL THE PAPER WORK AS PROOF OF THE LOAN MODIFICATION, WHICH I ALSO EMAILED TO BSI BACK IN FEBRUARY OF 2022. ONCE AGAIN MORE LIES AND BULL CRAP FROM BSI SAYING THERE IS NO LOAN MODIFICATION EVEN AFTER I SENT THE PAPER WORK TO THEM. SINCE THIS IS A VA LOAN I HAVE NOW GOTTEN THE VETERAN AFFAIRS INVOLVED WITH MY CASE AGAINST BSI. IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY...PLEASE... STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE, LYING, AND INCOMPETANT COMPANY AS YOU CAN!!
