      This company is shady .I have never done business with them ever I get mail saying my loan was transferred I called my orginal lender who stated my loan was not transferred and it will never be transferred as it states in the orginal lenders contact can not be transferred or bought or sold.if I see any action on my credit score by this company they will be sued for fraud and by the orginal lender

      Greetings,So far I have had nothing but a positive experience with ***. My mortgage was transferred to them 1-2 years ago and any concern *** had was quickly resolved. I speak with live **** and **** who I am able to clearly understand and who clearly understand me. A live *** is necessary when dealing with a company that is handling something as critical as a mortgage. Luckily, they also are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope I continue to have this experience. ??

      ******** customer service! They erroneously put me in foreclosure and refuse to acknowledge the problem or attempt resolution. They have completely ignored the letters from my attorney and the BBB filing. This is negatively effecting my credit and I feel like they are taking advantage of the vulnerability of me being a senior citizen. It is causing me undo stress and health issues.

      Too many complaints to nail it down to one. Being a Veteran, I decided to use Veterans United to buy my first home. Everything was fine until I missed one payment. Needless to say but it went on my credit report and i started to receive multiple incoming calls daily where I had to listen to music then press a button to speak to someone. Why do I have to wait when you are calling me? **************** is terrible so I stopped talking to them and just pay a little every month to catch up and when I refinance rest assured it will not be with these ***holes. When I go to buy another house when I turn 55, I will be telling *************** they will not sell the loan to ***. Avoid BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES.

      I had a question about loan assumption. They couldn't answer it over the phone because it required research on my loan. They gave me instructions I needed to follow to initiate that research, which I followed, and a few days later I got the answers I needed via secure email. It was pretty simple, they should put those instructions in their FAQ! But, calling on the phone eventually got me where I needed to get.

      Ive never had a worst experience. Ive been trying for 40 minutes to get help on the phone. Their customer service phone system is set up by design to prevent the customer from reaching a human being. This is not the first time Ive had this problem. They offer options none of which are what I need or has anything to do with the reason for my call.They have me go round and round pressing numbers and since none of what theyre offering has to do with my question after about 10 or 15 minutes, the recorded voice says goodbye and hangs up. This has happened time and time again. this company is a joke. They have absolutely no interest in their customers or in helping their customers. They want to keep a distance since they do not care.They want to shut the customer out and just collect their money.

      Impossible to reach anyone. Attorney requested a payoff several days ago and they have refused to provide it. Nobody will even talk to us on the phone or respond to emails. Malpractice.
