      Call in after they send text messages to my phone and emails. They want to discuss my account. 7 plus minute hold cant find my account they state. I give them my social multiple times. Still nothing. Ask for a supervisor more of a hold and nothing. People got jobs, lives, kids, and not a ton of time to spin their tires 7 minutes and still cant find your account they are texting you about

      I have never had an account with this Company and I receive phone calls everyday from them. I have called over 5 times to them and advised them to ************** and they still call me. I do not owe them and have not Co-singed on a loan. They are *********'s me everyday with phone calls. I do not know anyone who has a loan with this Company. I will file a Lawsuit for Harassment because they will not ************** all phone calls as I have advised them over 5 times.

      The thought that we're in the year 2024, still having the same issues our parents and our parent's parents did, is why our country has failed. ************************************** is one of the holder's of this "gimmick", also a very generous contributor to the **** *************************, and *******************. Hiding behind more shell companies as he extorts the American People, outsourcing our jobs, and scavenging every little dime they can get. This isn't a moral and "righteous" organization but more of another "boy's club", of wealthy "investors" siphoning the life out of a prosperous people. Your payments are going to go toward padding their pockets thru "interest", while the remaining balance trickles down to your principal, if there is anything left.For the past 7 months, $260.00 has been paid towards my principal, I've paid $825 per month, over the last 2 years... $18,000+, and they've only applied $3,200 towards to principal of the car, while the rest has been pocketed. $15,000.00 just gone...It's easy to say it's the company, but in all actuality, it's just the same group of children, with hate, resentment, and a lack of morals, doing what they've always done, lie, cheat, and steal.DO NOT invest in these people. There are other options but if you must, just know you're funding the destruction of your own country... Uplifting their greed and overlooking the trails of destruction, these "groups" leave behind.What a great legacy guys... Can't wait to see how you'll gaslight us for this experience too. What a legacy to leave behind guys... Some story.

      I've not worked with a company that provides so much misinformation when trying to obtain the title after paying off the vehicle, especially misinformation from a customer service manager. I was advised that the customer service manager would be coached after an Exeter representative listened to the call. I have now been in contact with three Exeter customer service representatives, one ********************** customer service manager, and one ********************** escalation representative. I wouldn't recommend this company for financing. I'm glad my most recent acquisition is with ************

      I have made my car payments on time, NEVER once late for over a year... Today I am 4 days past due because I am paying the loan off this coming week and they called me and treated me like some kind of criminal for the FIRST time I didn't pay exactly on the due date!!! That is disgusting!

      The worst customer service I've ever dealt with, please stay away from this scam of a company. they are not allowing me to pay my bill due to an error on their website. I keep getting told there is a "hold" from my bank... only after i had a 3 hour phone call with ******************* ***** and Exeter finance, did they tell me it would need to be put into I.T for a ticket. I've tried every single day to make my payment and it seems they are just waiting until they can either come repo my car (based on these other reviews it sounds like a common practice) or just want me to pay late fees which I stated I will pay whatever at this point! Try every last option before you deal with this scam of a business and even then, I would never finance through them again.

      Exeter Finance experience is the worst, Since 2018, I been dealing with Exeter Finance regarding the illegal and fraud pertaining to the payments on the car loan. Exeter alleged did not make payment toward the interest of the loan. Exeter revised payments without notifying the account holder. ********************** falsified contract agreement and when requested a copy thvie wrongfully denied access to the contract. Exeter harassed, lied, stole, manipulated all payments. Exeter denied allegations of fraud, discrimination and bias accounting practices. Exeter accused of breach of contract for service maintenance. Exeter accused of withholding refunds and credit back to the account and banking institutiion We need to file an Civil Action against Exeter. Unprofessional , disrespectful, and malicious attacked me on a call. Violation of all fair credit reporting laws, and consumer protection laws.

      They customer service is terrible. They interest rates daily they went up on my interest without my knowledge. I owed 5 yrs took out extensions total of 9 after paying on the car for an extra 2 yrs my majority date was 1/19/2024 thinking the car will be paid off they in turn told me I still owe $12,000 in back interest Im 90 days behind trying to catch up. They call me about ************************************************************* And harass me I asked if they meet me half give me 90 days to pay 6000. They refused they said 70% in ************************************* reasonable my face has broken out I just got over breast cancer I cant no longer deal with the stress

      This company is violating the regional interest permit it most be reported to federal government for their abusive practices they charge more than region let take from their people they trade their transaction falsely they most be penalized by federal government .in ** with the help of the sales person they confuse the costumer to evoke distraction using ulterior messages and poor descriptions of the terms in addition they use a public ************* other documents the people sign and dont get copy of those.they take advantage of the cognitive biases reaction of taking an opportunity they have identify a tendency of biological behave they using to take advantage
