      Very rude and obnoxious employees at this location. All should be fired and replaced. I was discriminated against so badly. I simply went there to cash a check that I received in the mail on May 14th 2025 and was treated very poorly. I got ask the same questions over and over again. It was 4 employees one which was a big black lady and 3 other were bad built Mexicans. At first the black lady was asking me questions about the settlement check and she even took a picture of me with the camera in the ace cash express. Then this so called mexican district manager start asking me questions and asking me the same questions. The discrimination is real at this establishment. These are unprofessional scammers who have to much power and this location needs to be investigated. I showed all proper identification to prove my identity and I'm already in their system cashing previous checks as well. So basically my identity was already proven they just didn't want to cash my check. Even after verifying with the bank.and company they didn't cash my check. The district manager even ask *********** her the paperwork for the check which I signed a nda and can't share that info with anyone. Anyways I hope this location gets shut down.

      Long but a must read. I have been a customer of ACE off and on for at least 6 years. The manager at the location I use knows of me. She has always complimented me because I always pay on time. I actually pay all my bills on the first of the month even if they're do later in the month. On my credit report, I have ZERO late payments *** ZERO missed payments. My most recent loan was taken out in September of 2024. I did not need the loan, but I took it out to help a friend. But I made sure to pay on time as he always paid me on time. So I had a payment due and it had a balance of ******. This was verified by the manager at the location I have used always. When I went in to pay the loan, I was prepared to pay it off in full as my friend gave me ******. I walked in and they were friendly as always. I asked again how much to pay off. She looked at the receipts and said ******. So we proceeded to do the payoff. But when she logged into the computer, it had gone to collections the day before. When she logged on, the collections office said I owed ******. The worker at the local office got on the phone with their customer service. She told him that was incorrect. He could not even see any payments that I have made. But he insisted that I owe ******. Once again, she said, that is not correct. He said it was. She told him she has all of the receipts from the beginning of the loan. He still insisted but he could not see payments I've made. He just wanted the ******. So she gave me the customer service number, and I called and talk to a female. She basically told me the same thing. There is absolutely no way on God's green earth that the balance would jump up ****** overnight!! Common sense will tell you that. They were extremely upset at the office i use to borrow and pay back loans. I told the collection's office that I refused to pay an extra ******. I have already spoken with a friend of mine.That is a lawyer. I am not worried. But please be aware. This company is bad!!

      I feel that sold me a lemon. Ever since I bought it I have been paying for parts in my car. I had told them when I bought this car the air wasn't working and the windows weren't going down on the driver side. The sales man told to bring it back and they would take care of. They gave me a loaner. While my vehicle was being fixed. It took them 2 weeks before I want to go pick it up. Month later the cooling fan went out I told them about . They said the couldn't fixed it. It had no warranty. I had to get someone else to do it . And right now it's at the shop being fixed now it's the engine. I have made my payments. Regularly and paying to fix my car. I live in a fix income. I feel like they owe some money back. I'm investing in this car. I have pay put in lots of money into this car. I don't have money to buy me another car. I wouldnt recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

      I went through h*** trying to get a loan First it was pay $150 now they want me to pay $400 for the loan to be released! They are scammers!

      Poor customer service!!...you can even deposit a ****** check without them discriminating you. I had my settlement paperwork and everything they needed to verify funds. They asking personal questions on how I qualified to get the money and how did I apply...LIKE WHAT?! Why are you asking personal questions and had me there for a hour to tell me they not gone cash it like I'm a scammer..smdh Aug 2 2024..Been a customer for 10 years + but after this I'm closing my account!!! Who ever is verify checks over 5000 needs to be fired!!

      This review is for their sub-brand ************* I figured I'd first sign up via the app since that was the easiest, but I was met with an error and to call customer service. Calling customer service, I was told to go in person to an ACE Cash Express store to apply. I applied in person and used the same email as the one I registered on the app. Getting my temporary card I loaded money onto it. Going into the app to try and register my card, I was met with an error and 'Something went wrong' with a bunch of scripting errors. I called them and they informed me it was due to my email being on 'multiple' accounts. They created an escalation team and told me I'd be called/emailed with more information.It's now been a week and I have no reply. I've called over 15 times, and the agents have absolutely no access to do anything. This imaginary escalation team has yet to reach me. I cannot access my money or access any of the mobile features. All their customer service is out sourced and they have no contact to their higher **** DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR SELF THE STRESS.

      Horrible company. I applied for a loan before and was immediately approved. Then today I applied again online for $100 and went through the long process of verifying my bank account and finding out all personal information. It was horrible all for a $100 loan that I was going to pay back in a week not two weeks. Do NOT USE this company . I was just short $100 to pay some bills and I had to go through this ridiculous process. NOT WORTH I.T

      I am writing to express my discontent with the customer service that I received today regarding a past debt that I wanted to pay with ACE Cash Express. My phone call to ACE Cash Express was regarding a cash advance loan that I had taken out a few years ago, and that I was not able to repay. When I called the customer service line, the representative was unable to tell me the amount that I owed and what information that I would need in order to repay my loan with the debt management company that ACE Cash Express had sold my cash advance loan information to. The customer service call wasted my entire break period during my employed work time.

      I would not use this company for any financial issues as my interaction with this company shows they don't understand how the financial world works. Let me explain--on or about June 1st my business received a letter from Ace Cash Express stating a check I wrote a supplier bounced due to 1ST (whatever that is) and I owed the face value of the check and $30 punitive charges to get this cleared up. After checking my account I discovered the check in question had been deposited by my supplier on his phone and then he took the physical check into Ace Cash Express and cashed it too. My bank flagged the check after payment the first time and refused to honor the check the second time. I had words with ***************************** to TRY and inform her the check was deposited twice and she needed to track down the supplier and have HIM make good on the check because HE was the one who committed the fraud. ************** would NOT hear a word she insisted I would have to go after the supplier and didn't understand I CAN'T go after him I don't have standing since HE defrauded their company not ME!! I found his information in under an hour and tried to give her what I found. All I got was cussing at me and trying to get money out of me because I'm easier to find. I do NOT owe any money to ACE I pay my bills and DON'T steal from others. I have turned this over to both the BBB AND the ***** State ************************ as we have been harassed by ************** and ACE for a bill I'm not responsible for and have payed in good faith. I would have been available to testify on behalf of ACE should they decide to go after the defrauder but after my conversation with ************** I doubt I will be able to find the time.
