  Ace Express In **********, ***** ***** has Poor customer service and False advertising on there website! There associate ******* was rude unprofessional, no knowledge of what he's doing a complete ignorant and treated me like I was a criminal. First he asked why would someone give me a $500 check and what it is for and then he said I will not accept it because I do not like the way your check look. I gave him my driver's license and all my information including my SSN. Then he ask for the name of the person who gave me the check, his address, and contact number. I couldn't give him the contact number so he said he can't help me in a rude and unprofessional way. My check by the way says 'Pay to the order of CASH' which is acceptable and legal. I do understand some won't accept it that's why I came here to ACE CASH EXPRESS because there website says "ACE been cashing all kind of check for 50 years. We even cash HARD TO CASH CHECKS. ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR VALID, GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID." I guess so much for that. It is just a false advertising.

  Great customer service! Always finding ways to help & give discounts .. Don't take much tax for cashing & always kind to customers/members. Even with my own bank account i'll always go here!

  I have been a customer of ***'s for many years. This branch is terrible!! I attempted to cash my payroll check and was denied. The representative tried to contact my employer to verify the check but couldn't because ALL schools are closed due to the weather. She then contacted her supervisor who advised her to not cash my check. I asked her for corporate information and she was unable to give it to me. The *************** number listed in their store is incorrect and there's no corporate information online. First, *** shouldn't be calling anyone's employer to verify anything. My employer shouldn't know where I conduct my personal business at. Second, *** clearly has a sign, in their store, that supposedly gives corporate contact information in the event your denied services. This store has outdated contact information and doesn't live up to Ace's guarantee or reputation.

  I've taken over six chicks to them after initially setting up my account and paying a ridiculous fee to cash my first check I've taken six different checks in and they've not cashed one check for one reason or another the most common being the number is not registered to the business I do a small Plumbing business so lots of people write me checks even small businesses as I repair their Plumbing these people are the least helpful I've ever dealt with in my life not the people in the store but the process they use

  Went to ace on ********************** gave all the information they needed the girl there "Aby" signed the proof of purchase then for no reason said she couldn't process it. So the next day we went to a different store to process it when they told us they had already processed it so I went back to the ****** location and another lady was there, got all the information then told us her scanner wasn't working, she told us to try another location so we went to the location ************************ where that lady that was working on 8/13/22 around 12pm was very very rude and unprofessional. she had to verify the check to make sure it wasn't stolen, verifying a check is no problem but stating that it was stolen is different. She got the number of the apartments we decide we didn't want to get anymore saying they weren't answering so I went to the website and showed her the number they have listed (I don't know what number she was calling before) but they verified with her that it wasn't stolen. She continued to call someone else and hung up saying she still needs to verify the check. I then asked her to check if it was previously processed since we had went to the location on ****** the day before and she said she can't verify nothing and that our story wasn't matching stating we stole it. It is very very unprofessional from both locations when we were just trying to figure out was was going on. Since the first time at ace on ****** they gave the lady working a confirmation number. And no Ace could help but only had allegations. very disappointed and hope this company can get better employees

  Tried cashing a state tax return check at Ace check cashing on West *** ******* In Saint ****, MN. & was told they couldn't cash it. I asked why no explanation was given." I will never do business with them again!
