  *** been helping my brother since hes been in the hospital fighting cancer,he has his Social Security disability check go in there monthy. They refuse to allow me to help him manage his money,I tried to get paper work to have access to help him. They refused,told me theres no way to do that,and it doesnt matter if I have power of attorney,he is completely unable to walk or leave the hospital.Hes going close his acct there and open a regular acc at a real bank. Be wary.

  UPDATE- I have used the ************* ACE location for about a year. I was moving & needed cetra cash. I ALWAYS make my FULL payment when due. Today, I asked the staff to please STOP calling me constantly days before its due. Im bombarded with calls and it borderline harassment. She said thats the policy.Last month, I came into make a payment and the staff member had me repeatedly sign the same document. They were being audited.So now 8 months later, my signature is off? I have 3 ******** military ID card.So I signed the doc 3-4 times to match the computer docs. Unbelievable!Im done. ACE is JOKE-rrrrr

  I chose this service specifically b3cause it stated everything could be done online, I am physically disabled, traveling is incredibly hard for me and as a result of some facial paralysis verbal communication is wxtremely difficult,I went through the whole process and was eventually approved for a loan of $125. I signed all the documents reviewed all the payment information, and made sure I could handle the payments were last communication stated the funds would be deposited overnight. Well nothing. I made sure they had my correct bank information. And nothing. After attempting to reach out to them, my last email from them stated that they could not provide the funds. What the Hell! Then why did I have to sign all those documents? I AM SO SICK OF BEING TREATED LIKE HIS BY COMPANIES, JUST BECAUSE I AM DISABLED!

  I have had a portion of my check deposited in my account for years even last week with no problem, but today I found out they have changed my account number without my knowledge and trying to convince me that I upgraded to another account. My money is somewhere and theyre giving me the runaround. Soon as I get my money I will be closing this account no longer will I be a loyal customer

  NEVER AGAIN GOING WITH THIS COMPANY. I had a death in my family and had an accident recently, they solution threaten legal action. I spoke to a nice rep but the others were TERRIBLE. They also violated the ***** call rules and called a relative and shared a lot of information on the voicemail. Luckily I got it squared away but this left me with an anxiety attack and anger towards a company

  They ripped me off for $3, on a Porte card that I said I didn't want and wanted cancelled right then. But I get another card in the mail with a negative $3 balance. And I can't cancel it until the fee is paid, which has to be done at Ace, only! Why was a card forced on me anyway to cash a check? Robbery!! Doing this to enough people could add up to millions, even billions.

  Ace check cashing in Wynnwood Village in Oak Cliff,is one of the best customer service people I have seen lately. Ms.***** has excellent customer service skills, and that particular branch of Ace is where I love to do business with.
