I listed my motorcycle for sale on 07/09/2022. I have since sold my motorcycle to a third party without using their service. I still keep getting spam emails from Rumble On. I cannot unsubscribe from emails as they keep claiming emails related to listings cannot be unsubscribed. They do not have an option to delete old listings. They are using that excuse to keep spamming my email. I have asked them to remove my listing and delete my account. No response has been received.

Accepted cash offer from RumbleOn on 8/29 but before doing so I called and emailed the company to confirm if offer is correct before I sign it.( Call was answered but email sent on 8/29 at 2:40PM was never responded to date 9/6). Rep advised offer and information is correct and that it is verified by another team. Call took place 3:34PM on 8/29 after call I accepted offer at 3:34PM 8/29. 8/31- Email states documents are in review and once processed payment will be wired to bank account. 8/31- Wire transfer went through. 9/2- I call Ducati as RumbleOn was suppose to pay $1,100 towards my payoff but Ducati informs me that no payment was received and that the check in question will not satisfy the payoff. 9/2- I call Rumbleon to inform them of the issue. (Not them, ME!) 9/2 Rumble states that they made a mistake and that the contract is voided and I need to return the money given. 9/2- I informed RumbleOn that the funds are spent because I got the okay that docs were okay. 9/2 RumbleOn rep Preston called me and informed me of the mistake and that they need the money back. He asked how much I could give back. 9/2- I stated if we can discuss on Tuesday 9/6 as originally advised. 9/6- Preston call and ask where I am at and how I can pay the money back. 9/6- I responded that I couldn't but if they could provide something in writing that this contract can be voided granted I called In prior to signing I am willing to work with them. 9/6- Preston responded that they would have to report the bike as stolen and fraud. (How can this be stolen or fraud when I called them of the mistake and advised what remedies are there?) 9/6 I responded with how if I advised you and your team. 9/6- Preston returns my call as I needed confirmation if they bike was going to be reported stolen so I can notify my local police department to avoid issues. 9/6- last call I request a call back to see if pick is being picked up. 9/6- Preston will hang up mid call while speaking happened twice. HELP!!!
