Ride now is the worst experience I ever had buying a bike or ATV absolutely horrible..they gave me a offer on my bike and hadnt started it up to check the mileage or running condition so what does that tell you? Then after calling my phone everyday for me to come up to and discuss my trade in vey polite but changed once I declined the offer and didnt fall for the scam you know give you nothing for your trade in and then tell you the bike is low price with a rebate then fill up the estimate with all kinds of charges so you overpay for the bike and technically you didnt receive anything for your trade in ..then they gone sell it at double the price they paid for it

I attempted to sell a Polaris Slingshot to Rumbleon in June 2023. We arrived at an agreed price. We both signed a bill of sale.Prior to picking up the machine and prior to issuing payment, they came back and offered me $1,000 less after executing a contract, due to an "alleged" odometer discrepancy and refused to pay the contract price. This is the same company (RideNow Power Sports) that sold me the machine to begin with and didn't disclose an odometer problem then.I called Tax Collector and lienholder and verified no odometer issues with VIN and title shows no issues by either entity.Seems odd this company wouldn't check a VIN prior to signing bill of sale and then use as excuse to lower the offer.I couldn't even get a call back from a manager.I posted a negative ****** review. A manager from the company replied to it with an email address to contact them. When I sent a message, my email was rejected by the Rumbleon email exchange servers. The return message indicates the group may no longer exist or I don't have permission to send email to the group.Their terrible business practice was my gain. A dealer not associated with them offered me $6,000 more on trade than the Rumble On bait and switch offer. At this point I wouldn't even consider selling them salvage, as they don't honor their initial offers and have zero managerial accountability.Date of experience: June 09, 2023

Clear waste of time. Company will give you a cash offer just to obtain all of your personal information and then retract the offer and lowball you. Stay away from this company and their shady practices.

No MSRP, just a low sticker price then they use your trade-in as a very low Rumbleon.Com wholesale *** Then add on thousand$ to the price for dealer prep,etc.. and then try to sell warrantees for thousand$$. I should have test rode the used bike I was interested in but it wasn't road ready although I was charged for the service. No owners manual or 2nd FOB. 3/4 tank of gas and no maintenance record.

Purchased a KLX110 for my son (cash purchase). After waiting over 2 hours I had to load the bike myself with no assistance from any employee. Im a disabled veteran and have had two back surgeries. I asked the manager why their load yourself policy wasnt disclosed prior to the purchase. His arrogance took over and it ended ** in an argument where he wanted to go outside with me (assuming so the other employees wouldnt witness his attitude and language). They will definitely not have any of my business in the future.

They are terrible! I was going to sell both my Harleys with them even though it was a low ball figure. But they said I needed to get 2 new titles because I signed the back of it. The dmv gave me an affidavit that would correct it but they said no it would not work. Dont waste your time with them

I am surprised that this company is still in business. I guess manages to manipulate the poor bike sellers who are desperate to sell or have no idea of the value of their bikes. I paid over $30 K for my Ducati and its in mint condition with 17k miles on it lots of upgrades and they offered me $9K for it. I wanted to ask the seller if he bought a house recently for $500K and ***** to sell and I would offer him $150k would he be happy? probably not. So thats how they make you feel as a seller. Scummy people. I have no idea who gave them higher review rating than one star as thats the min. Please do not do business with these greedy people, you can not run a business like they do.

$1500 offer on a $5000 trade in offer. $7000 minimum on the Cycle Trader. I laughed and blocked them. If you are desperate it may work for you.
