1 starI purchase Buck boost unit with no cord do to the lack of help from your company I guess customer service is something they dont know how to do I have never work with a company that has no respect for their customer , they spent a lot more money on all the phone call and email I sent there company, they could have save a lot of money if had someone that could use the telephone,I just had to cancel this order, The lack of there personal knowledge of there product, because what I was told was not true, I could have save a lot of time and BS if only you had a sales person that new what they sell and help your customer order the right products, I am most disappointing with you ,********************* did a poor job you couldnt even help a customer with a few question but you did say someone would call the next day which was a lie.Even after finding what I was told was a lie I tried to cancel it again and again I called 4 or 5 time and then I was told to send an email again, then I received more email telling me it was shipping on the 15th today received a receipt showing a refund $447.43 but they charge me $639.00 I am luck i charge it and my credit card is going to give me a full refund and charge them back,I now see why the company only has a one star rating and and a rating F I can say Larson Electronics company need to take a new look how to help there customer .I am Very unhappy customer and I will let the ****** know what kind of company you are and I am going to post about what I had to go through and dealing with a third world company. 1 starTerrible customer service . I ordered magnetic tow lights and when they arrived, they didnt work. Had Napa check them and every wire was wired wrong. Let them know and they were very rude and told me they havent had a complaint in 7 years.Review fromNone B

1 starI ordered cam locks for my place of business. I paid $1,500 to expedite shipping. Well that date came and went. I called numerous times and just got put on hold and then the person would give me some bull c*** I have sent numerous emails and get nothing in return. I just called again and I was told they still don't have a shipping date yet!!!!! This is so unacceptable and unprofessional. And customer service is like calling a room full of children that put you on hold and ask their parents what to say. Complete joke!!Larson Electronics LLC

1 starFirst, I called your customer service to verify dimensions and fitment of the item. **************** provided me with the wrong information. The part is too small (after being reassured by customer service it is the largest you offer, which it is not as I discovered after more research), and the part fitment is inaccurate. I was told the part will come with the rubber stoppers and it will hang over the cab. The part I received is angled the opposite way and hangs over the bed of the truck. Next, after realizing the size is inaccurate, I immediately called again requesting to cancel my order. I also sent an e-mail to sales to cancel the order. I heard nothing back, and customer service told me "your request has been expedited to our team". I heard nothing back, so I called again before end-of-day to verify it has been canceled and wouldn't be shipped. I was given the same run around. I even requested to speak to a supervisor, which I was then sent to voicemail and left a voicemail. To no surprise, I got a notification that the part was shipped. It arrived and I opened the package. That's when I saw that the part isn't even the right part, and it hangs over the bed instead of the cab.This is absolutely the WORST customer service, I have EVER experienced. 1 starOrdered strobe light and F150 mount. Confirmed compatibility in writing before purchase. Larson sent the wrong parts. Advised Larson and got the run around. Finally shipped the gear back. Larson charged me a $300 restocking fee for their error. More run around and no response to phone calls, emails and web contact. Larson is bad news.
