    Boy, I should have looked at these complaints before ordering. I ordered a buck-boost transformer online. Received transformer and had questions about the size of the wires on the output side. I was concerned about the load I had which was 60amps and the transformer label stated 62 amps. The wires may have been 12ga stranded.I placed numerous phone calls (no answer) and sent numerous emails with questions (no response) So I sent it back. They will not credit my credit card account due to "Terms and conditions"Come on really!!

    DO NOT BUY FROM LARSON ELECTRONICS!!Purchased multiple mast's both manual and electric. Out of the 12 mast's ordered not to mention the long lead time and no real idea of when the products would be delivered, out of the 5 masts I have fielded 1 broke the first time we used it the second didn't work out of the box and 2 more failed upon delivery to the customers site.Customer service is not existent, they refuse to stand behind their products and have attempted to charge me for the parts for all the repairs stating it was our misuse.Do yourself a favor purchase somewhere else there is a reason Larson's is "cheap"

    Ordered and paid for a spotlight in May, after a month with no contact from the company I emailed them. They said the spotlight was out of stock but they could send me a similar one. Then they charged me for it, after emailing them I was refunded for the second charge but not the first and have not heard anything back.

    CAREFUL. This company falsely advertises. I purchased an HID remote controlled spotlight off their website for over $800. When the item was delivered, I immediately noticed it was an LED spotlight. I solely went with Larson instead of GOlight for the HID model. I could have saved hundreds of dollars going with more reputable company(GOLIGHT). I reached out to Larson Electronics, and they tried spinning it saying I was unhappy with the item I purchased. I specifically told them I ordered an HID model, and they just say that the item was discontinued. That's fine, but you need to pull the discontinued item off your website. Due to the false advertising, I told them they need to pay for the shipping to return the item as it is their fault, they just said no you pay and I haven't heard from them since.
