      This bank is a joke. Their bill pay system is antiquated and useless. Even electronic payments take 5 days to reach the payee, Every time a new payee is added the account gets flagged for fraud and locked. It happened to me 3 times in 1 week and their response was "we're required to act on fraud notices". After the 2nd time it was locked I found out that they don't even have their own bill pay system, they rely on a 3rd party. Must be the cheapest 3rd party system on the planet. I've only been with them since October but it's obviously time to find a new bank.

      First Convenience Bank has been an absolute joke. I deposited a check with them in the amount of $5,167.75 on 12/27/2023. After about a half hour of phone calls and panic behind the counter, I was told that the best they could do with approval was deposit $2,500 of it that day and release the remainder ($2,667.75) after a 3 day hold. Except that the 3 day hold fell on a holiday. So the 3 day hold was from 12/27 to 1/02. I was given paperwork from the branch stating this information in plain text. Imagine my surprise when I checked my account a couple of days later to find that I was down to my last $300. I called the bank who informed me that they had pulled the initial $2,500 and would not be able to give me access to the full amount until 1/5/2024. Quick recap: I deposited a check with my name on it from my employer and the bank promptly held it hostage from 12/27/2034 to (hopefully theyll honor this one) 01/05/2024. I paid for the cremation of my mother in law the same day I found out theyre holding my money because I knew this Christmas bonus would help soften the blow. Thanks, 1st Convenience Bank. Cant wait to shut down my 10 year old account like I should have done years ago and go find a bank that will exchange funds for checks. Ya know, like banks do.

      Pending info is slow. I had money in my account and got declined even though the app and bank account showed I had enough. I was confused until I saw that sh*t was still pending from long ago compared to other banks I primarily bank with USAA, who has pending, but it doesnt last days long, barely even hours. I should be able to use this card without worrying about pending transactions you all fail to run in decent timing. I do not recommend this bank for serious or any matter. Maybe emergencyput money in to hold onto. Spending wise, they slow as f*ck! You cant see whether you got it or not. You cant see whether you should add more or not. I guess I should have expected such from a low end, barely known bank. Anyways, this bank is only good for little matter and should rarely be taken seriously. Thanks for ****! Dumb a** bank.

      Before I go into detail on this review, I want to make it absolutely clear, that I will file a complaint with the BBB ! Today 12-13-2023!!First thing first, I NEVER wanted to open a bank account here. The bank teller at the time, *******, BEGGED me to open an account when I went to purchase a money order to pay my rent.Now that I have opened the account and have my direct deposit set up, I am noticing how I have fallen victim to Banellis lies. But its not her fault, shes only doing what this shady bank trained her to do.******* had me sign a slew of papers the day I opened my account. ******* me to sign here, initial here, etc. I opted in for full overdraft *********************** can say with my FULL CHEST, that 1stCB does not truly offer overdraft coverage, its a gimmick they use to get u to open the account.Secondly, I was supposed to get paid yesterday 12-12-23, 1stcb has YET to deposit my check into my account, talking about its pending any other bank I banked with has always paid me ON TIME! Wonder why 1stcb dragging their feet to deposit my check into my account, Ill tell you why, its cause their lazy and dont care. They only care about their commissions, not the aftermath!I will definitely file a complaint with the BBB, and definitely check out WellsFargo next door to them. Banelli I hope youre reading this, you BEGGED ME, to open an account with yall and this is how you handle me?? You had me sign up for all these ******************* and not ONE of them works.Im coming for yall and im coming for my money. Yall know exactly how to reach out to me too. Bllch betta have my money.

      Bank is holding a $35,000 check from the government *** and will not talk with me will not give me any person else other than the bank manager I can talk to and it shows on my online account that they have cashed the check but I can't get to the money they did give me $5,500 the day I went in and now they have a hold on the rest of my money with no explanation other than they're waiting to hear from the *** they have treated me as though I've done something criminal which I have not I continue to talk to the *** and they say there's no reason for the bank to be holding my money it's now been almost a month

      This bank should not be allowed to operate. The customer service is ridiculous. My mother is 63 years old and cant handle her things on her own. She added me as an authorized user and they cant help me with her information. Not to mention they are refusing to give her, her money for a $10,000 check. I know it takes time to process checks that big but this is BULL S*** Theyre giving her c*** saying that check wont be available for years because they put a hold on it. People should not be treated this way if and when I clear this up for her Im moving her to another bank. If they dont give her, her money I will ****

      Always great customer service. The branch is inside the ******************** across the state line in ********. Anyway I do believe it's time to have a branch outside ******** They have branches in smaller towns other then *********. Thanks.

      They charge 3 over draft fees for 1 transaction..then they closed my account without telling me..they sent my money to an old address and it's 11 months later and I still haven't received it..I filed a lost check forms but got banned from the bank because after filling out the form the manager claimed I didn't have any money in my account when they closed it

      The dishonesty of this bank practices is subliminal and unconstitutional in the fact how you racial profile and close people's accounts should be investigated. I have been a lond term customer and my three accounts of goods standings is now tarnish be because of incompetence. I paid all fees unjustly applied, never asked for a loan or any fraudulent activities conduct on any accounts at anytime. I am wondering how many others you have treated like this. I will be asking a formal review of your policies concerns African Americans business account holders. The devastating acts and then holding my money to send a cashier check is diabolical and offensive!!!!
