      I had fraudulent charges on my account back in August 2022. Im tired of getting the run around and not getting my money back ** still getting over draft charges because of this and we deposit several thousand dollars a week into this checking account

      On August 1,2022 I made a payment using my Ibc debit card to **************** for the amount of $180.63 . Later on August 2,2022 when payment posted I saw two debits for same amount $180.63. I contacted the dispute team about one transaction which was credited but one was never received by the merchant . I called Ibc back to dispute second transaction.After case was investigated and closed on my favor the credit of $180.63 was not posted on my account. Several escalations have been done for the missing credit but issue still not resolved. I have attempted even spoke with a supervisor and all they were able to do was again escalate issue which hasnt resolved anything.

      I had a closed account with IBC bank that they turned over to collections I contacted them, and they gave me the contact information for **************** Services. I paid the account in full and neither IBC or CPS is willing to provide me with a paid in full letter and as of this date this payment has yet to be reported to ChexSystems. I have been waiting over a month for either the letter or for them to update my Chexsystems record so that I can open a new account,

      On September 10th 2022 I called the fraud department to report my card stolen. This card had been used in multiple places the previews night. The first person I spoke to had sent she could only turn off the card but could not look at the transaction to report them. I called once again and the person supposedly turn off the *** again. Main issues is as of today Sep 12th 2022 the transactions are still gong through. I also LEGALLY changed my name over TWO months ago. I provided all documentation needed and my account name was changed on both account I have. CLEARLY the costumer service people DO NOT know how how to read because they have harass me with my old name every time. I have *******, supervisor at dispute department who has continue to harassed with the same accusations of asking for a old name that has been legal changed and claimed that he does not have my account up and still yet continues to ask for a name that has been legally changed. ******* has refused to resolve the issue and continues to asked to transfer me once again to the costumer service. He claims my name has not be changed in the system and yet the name was changed over TWO MONTHS AGO. The documents showing the name were not printed but it was done at the location ***********************************************************************************. I was put on hold for over 45 minutes against my will. The first representative was extremently rude and continue to put me on hold when I told her not to several times. I asked for her name and she continued to say she had to put me on hold to transfer me and yet she did not do so. After coming back in the line she continue to put me on hold. She then put me on hold for a 3rd time after saying she couldn't transfer me yet. I was on hold for over 20 minutes when I got ******* in the line whom again refused to resolve the issue. He harassed me for over 20 minutes with saying he needed my name as shown on the card which it shows as ''*****************************'' yet the want a different name.

      IBC bank is refusing to give me back money for fraudulent charges on ************************* #********** IBC bank purposely lost my letter I mailed to them and gave my money to the fraudulent people. They refuse to investigate or reverse the charges.
