Longest wait times ever! No consideration for the patients even with the online check in feature!

Before even being seen I got a bad taste of this place. I called to see if I was able to change my appointment time due to it being automatically given to me. The lady in the phone was very rude. I understand policies are policies which is fine if it cant be changed but I dont appreciate the attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is about ************** if you happen to go in and he is working go somewhere else. I came in with my 5 year old because she was running a fever, cough, runny nose. Everything was fine until the nurse wanted to come in and do a Covid/flu test. I told her no I dont want to do a Covid test on my 5 year old. She then left and ************* came in and all h*** broke out! He stated that he was going to test for Covid/flu I then asked him how do you test for that he said a swab up the nose. I then told him that I dont want to do that he then said well Im the provider and I SAY that we need to test for Covid which I then replied well Im the parent and Im not going to allow you to do that which he then said well then this appointment is over and you can get your refund at the front desk and stormed out. I have never had a provider not listen or push something that I didnt want done. He is a complete a****** and he shouldnt be a doctor working with patients!

I received treatment and used my credit card to pay my co-pay. Subsequently, I was sent a bill for $204. I mailed a check using their enclosed forms. Ten days before the due date and prior to my check being cashed, my credit card was billed $180. It would make sense to bill my card past the due date but not before it. Now I have two options. One, cancel the check and have to pay a stop payment fee or two, tell the credit card company the charge is not authorized. This is not common business practice.

I took my son (17) to this establishment this past Wednesday, 08/21/24. The NP that saw my son who had complaints of vomiting, congestion, sore throat and ear pressure. She did an exam and said he might have Covid. Today—2 DAYS LATER—my son was seen at the. Children’s Hospital and he has. Ruptured eardrum and a severe infection that requires 2 different antibiotics!! There is NO WAY that my son developed an ear infection so severe that his ear drum ruptured in 48 hours.
I called the office manager and she could hear me clearly enough to try to justify their office practices of not seeing 17 year olds without a parent present. Unfortunately she couldn’t hear me well enough to address my concerns about my child’s ear drum. After I finish airing my complaint she said “are you there? Your phone is cutting out.” The timing of that is predictable. These people have no clue what they’re doing. DO NOT GET SEEN HERE!!

I was double charged for 1 visit. I went in for a DOT physical on May 9, 2024. My credit card was charged $100. I was told to come back to drop off a document in order to get my med card. I came back the following day, May 10 and I was given my med card. No visit, just that. A week later I received a bill for a doctor visit for May 10, 2024 for $100 and the next day my credit card I used on May 9 was charged an additional $100 for May 10. I have called over and over about this and never received my $100 back for their mistake. ??

The Lab Tech, asked private questions about why I was being seen while patients listened in the lobby. I had to tell her I was bringing my son for a STD and HIV test and drug test while patients listened. This was very embarrassing, humiliating, and VERY unprofessional. I tried not to tell her while people were listening but she kept asking until I answered. She seemed to not want to service my son because he's a special need adult.

The worse medical facility I have ever been to. I felt so sick I could barely walk to clinic from parking my car. The service was horrible to say the least. Please do not go there if you are feeling sick..

I originally came in for throat pain, soreness, and a minor cough I've had for the past 3 days. The nurse practitioner swabbed me for strep throat, but the result was inconclusive. Despite explaining that I don't have tonsils, he diagnosed me with tonsillitis and prescribed amoxicillin without further testing. After researching, I found that patients without tonsils can't have tonsillitis. I then did an at-home COVID test, which came back positive three times. When I contacted the office, the nurse practitioner rudely asked what I expected him to do and abruptly ended our call. As a patient, I felt lost on what to do next.Returning to the office, I was originally tested for COVID but found positive for Flu B and COVID. The nurse practitioner, still with a bad attitude, doubted I could have both at once, despite the office confirming it twice.I expressed my discomfort with his treatment towards me, but he insisted no one else could handle it and dismissed my concerns about his bedside manner. This has by far been the worst experience that I've ever had with a physician, who has been negligent enough to allow a patient with two highly contagious viruses out into the public. This was the Nurse Practitioner. ****** *******************, FNP-C Family Nurse Practitioner at MD Now
