      I was recently overcharged twice on 5/1/24 and 5/3/24 at the *************** location. I had an appointment with my provider, *******, on 5/1/24. As per my EOB from 5/1/24, there was no copay due, but I was charged $25. ****************** advised me to return for a follow-up, which I did on 5/3/24. I was charged another $25 copay on this visit, but my BCBS insurance was not billed. I informed the front desk and was directed to billing, but I have not received a call back or resolution on this matter.I have credit card records of the payments made on 5/1 and 5/3, as well as a copy of my EOB for 5/1/24. The follow-up appointment was pointless as I was instructed to return to their facility at 8:00 according to the notes on the discharge paperwork from 5/1/24.

      This is the worst medical clinic in ***********. I took my wife and we were the only patient in the office, we waited for an hour till they call us. Then they said we do not have a doctor and we have a nurse to help you. anyway for just a normal check up they charged us $687.00.I gave one star because we had no option for zero.

      This place has horrendous staff, the only good doctor I have seen is **** and the office staff is just awful. I was helped by a woman I believe her name was ***** on Jan 30th at the Silverado and ******** location at 10:30 am and she is completely rude and seems to change the rules just to inconvenience people. I wanted to get a doctors note from a week prior but she said I have to be seen again, never has that happen before, and after telling me this she said I cant wait in my car because its against policy when I have never had an issue waiting In my car before, so I did a web check in because I dont want to be stuffed in a room with a bunch of sick people while waiting to be seen for a note. She is completely out of line when it comes to speaking to customers considering this is a business. Someone needs to check on her about her attitude and how things are ran there. It seems the two times I have had an interaction with her has been downhill and I dont know if its because Im black or a man but I get secondhand treatment by the people there, like I said the only good doctor I have seen so far is Dr ***** The office staff needs a talking to.

      Falsified ********* compensation DWC73.Lied and said I was seen by staff.Then went back and falsified more paperwork with fake medical history.*********************************** and ****************** lie and say they treated you and will lie on all of your documents. So be ready to file in criminal courts on these 2.

      Terrible people. I would give 0 stars. Theyre not good with sick people. Their online check in is suppose to be a convenient option. However it was not. I received many text messages and even a call from a receptionist at the location requesting information before I could even confirm an appointment time. I was laying in bed sick looking for a doctor and thought this was my best choice I was wrong but didnt know it yet. So I got a call that they were ready for me and I began filling out the forms online are requested only to be met by 2 receptionists on arrival who stated they didnt get my forms and asked me to fill out on paper which I did not bring in my id cards because I had already uploaded them online. These people were not willing to put in any amount of effort instead placed the burden on me a sick person to do all of their work for them. It was very frustrating. I do not know why they have employees at this point as none of them are helpful. After I complained 1 of the receptionists called in her manager who tried scaring me away from the place advising the ladies to call the police on me for nothing. They are piece of ***. I do not recommend and would like all of them sanctioned. Theyre not doing any work for their money. Sitting on the clock collecting federal dollars for??? Abuse????? Go somewhere else to save time. They are not worth it.

      Absolute terrible company to work with. Ive been to *********** facility several times over the years without issue so my problem is mostly due to their billing practices. I just needed a routine standard physical. I didnt know if this was a service they offered to I called the office and was assured this was a service they could provide. ********* an appointment and arrived at the appointment time. They booked me in and moved me back into a room to wait for the dr. **** the Dr arrived she informed me they didnt provide routine physicals and were only set up to treat sick patients. I then checked out at the desk and went about my day. The next month I get a bill for an office visit. I called every month for the next 4 months to dispute the bill. Classic bait and switch, they say they can provide a service then charge you an office visit to tell you they cant. Each time I talked to someone they tell me its under review an give it some more time. Today I get a call from a collection agency. No one ever even called to discuss. Please find other options for your health care needs.

      My son went to CareNow ********** with severe pain. There he was told he had to go to an Emergency Room, because they would not be able to treat/diagnose him. However no doctor has seen him and no diagnosis was provided, Carenow later charged us for an urgent care consultation. I disputed it but still they confirmed I should pay for a service he didn't receive. My son was treated in the ** and is doing fine now, but not thanks to CareNow. Reading other reviews at this page, I can see I am not the only one that was wrongly billed. If you want to receive a good service, stay away from this Business!

      I am posting this to warn others who may be considering visiting this urgent care center of their business practices. I was charged $180 for my visit despite it being clear from the insurance information I provided I had met my annual deductible (met in January; this visit was in late September) and only owed $54 co-insurance. I explained this when checking in but was told by the receptionist my insurance company was saying I owed towards my deductible. I confirmed with my insurance company ************ that this was not the info they were providing, but the clinic would not see me without my paying $180. Being very ill and needing care, I paid it. Nearly a month after my visit I had to call to get my refund started, and was told that it will take "at least 30 days" to receive the refund. When I asked why I was charged so much, the accounting department person said that this is standard policy at their clinics: to charge vastly more than is due even though the insurance company provides what the patient actually owes. This is an incredibly deceptive way to run a business: overcharging sick people in need of care and then keeping the overpayment for months. Now they have my $125 for at least sixty days. It is to be determined if I ever actually receive a refund.
