      I cannot recommend Winchester Safes. The lock on mine has failed for the second time. It took 6 calls over several days to reach someone. I was told I would get a callback or an e-mail. I did receive an e-mail and communicated about the issue to the tech After three e-mails there was not a resolution. I have since sent three more e-mails and have not received a response. I would be happy to pay for a new lock. I just want to get into my safe

      My key pad went out around one year old I emailed them all the information they needed and they NEVER got back with me 3 1/2 months later I called them again ******* told me that the key pad was out of warranty that I would have to pay for it so I did but I told her the if they would have responded to me when I sent all the information it would have been under warranty I will not recommend a Winchester safe to anyone

      Do not use Winchester safes. Their customer service is s*** and they will never get back to you if you call them. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Keypad WILL QUIT WORKING and they will not replace it for you.

      My Winchester gun safe stopped recognizing my code. it won't open with the code I have used for years. I put a new battery in it. I worked once. Now it will not open. I am not happy with this product

      My Winchester Safe has been nothing but a PROBLEM! First the door would not close correctly. Then the keypad tore up. They finally sent a locksmith to fix the problems but the locksmith that they hired LEFT before getting the keypad repaired. Now the supposed new keypad that the locksmith installed will not open the door. Now I have a safe still under warranty that will not open without removing the keypad and using a key! Totally unacceptable! Winchester safes either needs to get their JUNK working as it should or refund my money!

      I bought my Winchester safe 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. I was able to install my personal code and have all my personal belongings stored inside with confidence knowing nobody can break into it. Thank you Winchester for making such an awesome product.

      I have tried call get help on my Winchester safe and emailed them and they wont respond back and the store I got safe from told me to contact the manufacturer well needless to say they dont respond ether

      I have worked on Safes since the late 90's and used to we could request an override code from the different businesses that sold such safes and have no issue. Yet I have been waiting patiently for my own override code to my own safe and finally called in to explain and was told I would have to wait even though the lady I spoke to knew the other individual has my code because she sent it iver to her, until the lady sends me my email even though I went to another customers house on Friday the 13th and was trying to explain to them how they would have to send in and get their override code and the customer's wife said oh I was able to get that over the phone go figure I am going to call it as I see it must be some feminine bonding going on but to prove a point she got the code without sending the form in. I will update this when and once I get my code
