WONDERFUL. This could not have been a better experience. I called in the afternoon and someone took my call. That is the first plus because I called several companies that had me leave a message and then did not call back.******* arrived and had a very "can-do" attitude. Second big plus. I was given and estimate and then the work began. ******* was polite and respectful of my property. That was the third plus.When the work was not as involved as originally thought, a new, lower price was calculated. Fourth plus. The area was put back as it was found and everything was clean. Fifth plus. I would not hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
